Sea Renity is a truly unique vacation condo located on the second floor of the Sanctuary Complex. Offering a rare end condo that is full of comfortable surroundings and bright open living space the whole family can enjoy. The location of the property is also special allowing you to appreciate the expansive ocean views of the Atlantic and also the amazing explosions of colors as the sun sets over the Back Bay waters.

Stepping into the cozy living area, as the sun peers through the plantation shutters of the many windows and sliding glass doors, is warm enough to make you feel right at home during your stay at the beach. The living space is beautifully furnished with an Italian leather sofa and soft comfortable chairs, just perfect for relaxing between the day’s activities. There’s plenty of open room for the family to get together and relax after a fun day at the beach and even watch a movie together on the smart TV to access your premium channels. The small alcove with bar height desk table and chairs is a perfect place to set up your laptop and upload your new beach pictures (with the free 500 Mbps high-speed WIFI included!) while still engaging in the conversation and fun everyone else is having.

The dining area located just off the main living space, by one of the two sets of sliding glass doors to the private balcony, offers ample dining room while presenting a gorgeous view off the large balcony. Also provided is a full-size dining room table and all essential meal ware for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or even that quick snack before hitting the sand. As you walk into the kitchen area you will notice all new stainless steel major appliances and granite countertops throughout. There is enough cabinet and countertop space for meal prep and storage and provided is a well-equipped kitchen which is sure to please even the most demanding chef including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

The main bedroom suite, with private bathroom, is the perfect place to relax after a long and hot summer beach day. The large king-size bed is perfect for you to rejuvenate for the next day’s activities. There is also a smart TV to access your streaming services. The dresser has plenty of extra drawers for all your clothing. There is even more storage provided with the custom-built double walk-in closets so no need to leave anything at home!

Bedroom suite 2 offers a queen bed and a large closet space for storage. There is also a flatscreen smart TV to catch up on all your favorite TV shows before getting a night of restful sleep. There is even a separate private entrance to the second bathroom that is shared between the second and third bedrooms.

Bedroom 3 is fun, bright, and designed with the children in mind. In this bedroom, there are two twin-size beds, another large closet space, and a television for cartoon watching or catching up on the day’s news. The second bathroom is situated next to this bedroom as well making it easy for the second and third bedrooms to have their own bathroom to share. This bedroom is a perfect place for the little ones to have their own space to relax and play before the next adventure awaits them at the beach!

Last but not least, we have included complimentary access to the beach storage closet which is conveniently located on the ground floor parking level. Having the storage here makes it extremely easy to carry your beach gear to and from the beach without having to carry everything back upstairs. It is even large enough to store any extra items you bring from home. Also included is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and an ironing board with an iron.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.

Things to Know

• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
• The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
