Welcome to Miss Shells, a wonderful, three-bedroom condo that's spacious, comfortable, and only steps from the ocean beach.

On your way to the sand each morning, stop by the convenient, garage-level storage closet complete with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards for your use. Upon your return to the condo in the afternoon, you'll be greeted by an inviting living area with an open floor plan, comfortable seating, and a 52-inch TV. Use the high-speed WiFi to post a few photos or sip a cocktail on the balcony while admiring a beautiful sunset over the Back Bay.

The kitchen provides for even the most demanding chef, with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet and pantry space, and a bar-height counter breakfast nook. The dining area is spacious and convenient for a quick meal or a special dining experience.

The three bedrooms include a primary suite with a private vanity area and bathroom, plenty of closet space, and a TV.

The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools (open mid-May to mid-September), Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.

THINGS TO KNOW

• The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
• The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
• The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.
• There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A & B Buildings through 2023.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
