Decorated for those that love the beach, this three-bedroom condo has ample room so everyone in your party can easily relax and enjoy their ocean vacation. This beach property is located on the west side of the Sanctuary and overlooks the magnificent Back Bay. While relaxing on the balcony, you’ll witness the breathtaking colors of the evening sun as it slowly disappears into the waters of the Bay. In the morning, the warm breezes will serenade you with soft bird calls as they also begin their lazy day.
Breakfast, lunch, or dinner will be easy to prepare in the modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen opens to the living area where a convenient counter and bar stools allow you to catch a quick bite while staying involved in all family room activities.
When the day’s activities have ended, Ocean Fun's three bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The main bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed and a television so you can stay up on current events. Bedroom 2 has a wonderful queen bed with a television for your viewing entertainment. The third bedroom includes two great twin bunk beds and a TV to make bedtime a fun time.
Don’t forget to bring your laptop! This retreat has free WiFi so you can update all of your social media accounts and make your friends jealous uploading your beautiful vacay pictures showing all the fun you’re having at the beach! This is the place! For family fun or fun with friends, Ocean Fun is sure to create the very best of family vacation memories.
The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers.
THINGS TO KNOW
- The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
- The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
- This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
