You'll love relaxing on the private balcony, complete with comfortable lounge chairs and fabulous views. The downstairs primary suite offers a large private balcony with gorgeous views and rocking chairs, a 32-inch HD TV, and a spacious private full bath. Things to Know
- The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
- The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
