The spacious primary suite features a relaxing jacuzzi tub, while the community offers an in-ground swimming pool and convenient off-street parking. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

The open living area provides a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach, while the well-equipped gourmet-style kitchen features tile flooring, maple cabinetry, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Central air conditioning keeps the condo comfortable throughout the year, and complimentary WiFi helps you stay connected.

There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
