On my fourth morning of a five-night stay, I asked for more coffee pods since only 4 single-cup coffee pods were provided. I was refused over and over again and told that it would not be supplied. I had to drive to the store for takeout coffee. I intentionally did not bring my coffee maker since coffee was covered in the amenities. Luckily, a kind service worker offered extra pods once I returned with my takeout cup in hand. Too bad, the view from the balcony is wonderful and in spite of a stale odor in the room and dated furniture, the stay was pleasant even if the hospitality was lacking.

Please know that this is not the regular standard for our properties. We have implemented a Premium Clean program so we can continue to strive to provide our guests with fulfilling experiences. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience - while some homes may be stocked with pantry items like coffee and tea from previous guests, we do not supply any perishable items and cannot guarantee their presence. To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. We appreciate our guests' preferences as means to improve and we have forwarded your comments regarding home furnishings to our property management to consider in the future. Also, we will follow up with the appropriate parties regarding your experience to discuss preventive measures and ensure that the stale odor issue won't happen again in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can host you again.

Great apartment though a bit dated. Right on the beach with amazing views. So why only 3*? Because of Vacasa and who between them fouled up payment for our booking and it was 2 hours after check in time before Vacasa got us the key code to gain access. That matters on a 1 night booking. sent it to us 24hrs after we left!! Vacasa promised contact to ‘compensate’ us - but 2 days on nothing other than standard texts which we can’t answer from a UK mobile number in the USA. Really poor service from both.
