THINGS TO KNOW
The beach boardwalk will be undergoing construction while it is replaced for two weeks starting the first week in January, weather permitting. The beach access will remain open during this time.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: Unassigned outdoor parking is available for a maximum of two cars per rental. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis are allowed.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

This home is extremely comfortable, well furnished, clean, stylish, etc. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds we slept great in. The living room couches are cozy and plenty of room for our family. The restrooms and showers were well functioning—great appliances, finishes, water pressure. The location in the complex is great, as well as proximity to the beach and Rosemary proper, restaurants, and shops. We are so happy with our stay and hopefully will be back next year! Truly a home away from home.

The unit was amazingly clean and everything is like new! It had everything you needed from the most basic kitchen utensils to state of the art appliances. Great view of the pool and gulf. Only a 10 min walk to top choice restaurants. Get ready to relax and enjoy.

Immaculately kept and convenient location! Our three-person family had a fantastic week at High Pointe 3433. From the moment you step in, you can tell how much these owners care about their condo and how much they want us to enjoy our stay. This condo has very recently been updated with modern everything! The beds are plush, and there are televisions in both rooms, as well as lovely ceiling fans and furniture. The coastal charm was really appealing to us. The kitchen is well-equipped, with top-of-the-line amenities, including a fantastic ice maker!
The pool at High Pointe is beautiful and cleaned daily. Crabby Steve's just steps away, and the beach is easy to get to (there's even a ramp for those who need/prefer). This condo also includes a beach set-up for two (umbrella and two chairs) as well as two bicycles, which we used every day!
I highly recommend this home and will return very soon. Vacasa promptly delivered all of the information we required, and they are available on-site if needed.
Recommendations: Bring beach towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, extra toilet paper, hand soap, and seasonings (salt, pepper, etc.) Everything else you need is there for you!

This is our 4th time staying at the the High Pointe location. This was certainly the best condo we’ve stayed at. We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and tidy with great amenities. It’s decor was fresh and modern with great views of both pool and sea. I would certainly stay at this location again.
