Sizzle your favorite barbecue recipes on the gas grill and then dine alfresco at the table. Inside, brick floors and locally inspired decor add charm throughout. The chef in your group can listen to favorite playlists on the sound dock while preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. When it's time to eat, gather at the table together. There is a spacious second floor bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom. There is a reading loft, perfect for naps, with a skylight that opens to allow cool breeze. This is a one-bedroom unit perfect for two and ideally situated on one of the quietest streets in town, yet across the street from the water and close to it all. There is no A/C but fans throughout.
