Luxe Quechee home on quiet road - chef’s kitchen, two-car garage, screened porch

Perfect for a Quechee getaway, this stand-alone home boasts a wraparound deck, screened three seasons sitting porch with ceiling fans, stone patio with firepit and Adirondack chairs, chef's kitchen with Viking stove, and two-car garage. You’ll love being located on a quiet dead-end road just minutes from Quechee Main Street, the Quechee Club, Simon Pearce, Lake Pinneo, and all that Quechee has to offer.

Entering onto the main floor, there is a spacious chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, a Viking stove, a butler's pantry, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Off the kitchen, there is a dining table with seating for six, a TV room with a couch, and smart TV. The living room is filled with natural light, more comfortable seating, a woodstove, and a bookshelf, and has access to the outside deck, the stone patio, and a firepit with the Adirondack chairs. This is a terrific place to enjoy a glass of wine and local Vermont cheese after a great day skiing, a round of golf, or a bike ride. On this level, there is also a nice half bathroom.

The three bedrooms are upstairs, with the primary bedroom hosting a full bath en suite plus access to its own private balcony. This level also has a second full bathroom.

Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, this vacation rental will accommodate your every need with optional access (contact the Club direct for rental rates) to the Quechee Club and all Quechee’s recreational activities.

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.
