Sleeping Arrangements

✦ Main Floor - King Bedroom: Located just inside the entry to the left. Private and convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
✦ Second Floor - Queen Bedroom: Up the first set of stairs to the left. A comfortable private room with easy access to the rest of the home.
✦ Third Level - Bunk Room: Up the third set of stairs - 1 full bed and 3 twin beds. Great for kids or a group of friends who don't mind sharing a fun, casual space.
✦ Loft: The top level offers additional flexible space for lounging or overflow sleeping, complete with a 50" TV.

Entertainment

The foosball table brings out the competitive spirit in everyone, and with 5 TVs spread across the condo - including a 50" screen in the loft and a 48" in the main living room - there's no shortage of screen time when you want it. Every bedroom has its own TV as well, so early risers and night owls can each do their own thing.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to slow-cooked dinners. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and stand mixer alongside a complete set of pots, pans, and bakeware. Plates, mugs, glasses, and utensils are stocked per guest. A dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full set of cooking and grilling tools make cleanup easy. Grilling utensils are included for use with the outdoor propane grill.

Technology

Five TVs total - 48" in the main living room, 50" in the loft, and 32" sets in each of the three bedrooms. All are set up for watching. WiFi is available throughout the condo via Xfinity.

Laundry

A full washer and dryer are available in the unit - a real convenience for mountain weekends that get muddy or snowy.

Outdoor

Step outside to the ground-level patio where a propane grill with a cover and full propane tank is ready for cookouts. With mountain and lake views as your backdrop, even a simple burger tastes better up here.

Check-in is self-serve using a smartlock. There is also a backup key lockbox outside. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the paved driveway. The driveway is flat and easy to navigate - no steep grades or narrow passes, and no four-wheel drive required, but recommended in the winter.

No pets are permitted at this property. The condo spans multiple levels with several stair sections - 7 stairs to the main living room, 7 stairs to the second floor, and 6 stairs to the loft - so please plan accordingly for guests with mobility needs. No RV parking is available. No smoking. Road salt and a snow shovel are provided for winter stays. A dumpster is available at the end of the community for trash disposal.
