If you are staying here i am sure you will have a car. It is in a great location and lots to do, eat, and see from here. The staff is wonderful and the location is safe. It has its own private beach. I loved knowing that there was security and rules to make our stay most comfortable and satisfying! My family and me will definitely be staying here again!

Our stay at Playa Archangel was exactly what we wanted. My wife and I were there for our 10 Year Anniversary and wanted something nicer than Rosarito Beach Hotel (where we usually stay) but still something low key and not overly showy...just a simple room, with kitchen and tv area. This suite was perfect. The decor was very minimal, which was perfect for us...it had everything we needed and not much more. The rooftop patio was a huge bonus. That really made the stay for my wife, as she loves relaxing and listening to the ocean waves. The pool was also beautiful as it overlooked the ocean, and my wife loved listening to the beach as she laid out. It is also a very scenic area for those that like to snap pictures. The room was clean and all the appliances worked. And it had hot water! We have stayed other places in Rosarito, that were more expensive, that didn't have hot water, so that was a great surprise for showers. The staff at Playa Archangel were friendly and could be seen walking the grounds regularly. They always had a smile and asked how our stay was. Staying at Playa Archangel was a delight and we will be going back. My wife and I consider it a great find for a place to stay, and in a convenient location about a half mile away from the main Rosarito strip. It also has it's own "semi-private" beach area. I say semi private because Mexico doesn't have "private" beaches, but this location lays between two natural hills that blocks in the beach area for this air-bnb...so the only people that have access to the beach area are the people staying at the locations. Definitely a plus if you want to do yoga on the beach, lay out in private, or just enjoy the solitude of the sound of the waves. I highly recommend staying at Playa Archangel.

Why visit Baja California?

Baja California has something for every kind of traveler. On the coast, you’ll find laid-back beach towns, surf breaks, and whale watching. Inland, you can explore Valle de Guadalupe: Mexico’s wine country filled with boutique wineries and farm-to-table dining, or venture farther into the Sierra de San Pedro Mártir for stargazing and wildlife trails. Baja California seamlessly blends Baja Mediterranean cuisine, local culture, and untamed beauty. From Ensenada to Tijuana to tiny fishing villages along the Gulf of California, the region remains refreshingly real, raw, and welcoming.

Visiting Baja feels like crossing into a slower world, where the roads are wide, the sun is strong, and every stop offers something worth savoring.
