Superb guest-services with a local Vacasa support team near Wasaga represented by Candice gave us a warm welcome and complete pre-arrival protocols and shared all the important info. The property was quiet, very well managed, stocked up on all necessary and fancy cooking utensils (pots, pans, knives, serving cutlery, spoons, forks, spatullas, etc, with a TV, AC (for summer) and heat (winter) with additonal radiators, and fans located at different parts of the unit for our convenience. The TV is a bit outdated and has only 1 available HDMI input that is supported which is taken over by the Roku stick for streaming, while USB play options, etc. were limited. Parking spaces were always cleared off snow, as we went in winter, and the property is very quiet, cozy with ample pillows and sheets, and amenities for comfort. Vacasa was prompt in answering all our queries prior to and during our stay. We could also check-out remotely with the linkt o inform house-keeping for the post check-out cleanup. The fire-pit on the property was closed for the season, which was a bit of a bummer. But the property sits on the banks of the Nottawasaga river, which flows by very softly and beautifully, where we got to flocks of geese and ducks equally enjoying it. 100/10 recommed! Would love to go back in the summer! :)

I stayed in the garden house in February. The property was plowed and walkways were cleared. The cottage was more spacious then I had thought it would be. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the livingroom. The only downfall is that they don't keep a path cleared for the fire pit. We had really wanted to have an outdoor fire and were disappointed when we couldn't find it.
