Maintenance included in Vacasa’s full-service management fee:

  • Prepare home for seasonal conditions (certain markets)

  • Minor maintenance, such as reinstalling window screens, or fixing coffee makers or broken door handles

  • Maintain outdoor BBQ and refill propane tanks

  • Maintain hot tub

Home inspections

We’re proactive about protecting your home and your bottom line.

After every stay, your local team completes a 140-point home inspection to ensure it’s ready for the next guests:

  • All floors and carpets are swept or vacuumed

  • Electronics function properly and have working batteries

  • Items left behind by previous guests are cleared

  • Kitchen surfaces and appliances are clean

  • Artwork and accent pieces are dust-free and hung straight

  • Bathtubs, toilets, and sinks are sanitized

  • Beds are well made with clean sheets

  • Soaps, shampoos, and cleaning supplies are restocked
