The house did not look like the pictures. It was much smaller. Based on the information given we were under the impression we were staying in a stand alone house not part of a multi unit home. The blankets had stains on them and one bedroom had a weird brown stain above the bed.

The housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning and letting me use supplies when needed! Especially during this pandemic they really out did themselves!

Nothing. From the porch to inside, things were filthy. There were baby birds in a nest attached to the porch light. Bird poop covered all walls and front doors. Smelly!! Inside the house smelt just as bad. Smelled like poop, filthy man smell and other smells. There were stains on one side of the bed and on the pillow case. Looked like poop. Under that bed was a stuffed animal and a pile of dog poop, which I removed. Walls were dirty with food or something. They were not stains. Never would I have paid over $500 for a filthy place like this. Your organization should be ashamed. I am going to tell family and friends to never rent from you. I know I won’t

The location was great, but the house was still dirty. Sand all of the beds and sheets and couches, we had to clean our cups to use them, dirty towels in the shower. It was actually very unpleasant especially during a pandemic! We were not pleased with our stay and won’t be coming back!

I had a family emergency that happened on the first day of our stay, and they were more then understanding with us changing our plans and even refunded the day and still let us check in that day whenever we could make it. We will definitely be back and make this our usual vacation spot. Thank you, your generosity was exactly what we needed at that time.

This was a great little place to stay for a weekend in Rockaway. The unit itself was very clean and neat and surprisingly quiet (except for the a.m. trains) given the vicinity of the other units. Getting into the unit was very easy with the lockbox. The bed we slept in was comfortable. We enjoyed being able to prepare meals with the provided kitchenware and dishes. The beach was only steps away and we enjoyed picking through the rocks for cool finds. We did however have a few issues. One, the wall heater element in the main area seemed to be out and it was chilly. Two, they used way too much fabric softener on the towels. Everything smelled like fabric softener after using one. It was overpowering. Lastly, some of the dishes and other wares in the kitchenette were dirty when we went to use them. Other than those minor details, we had a very good time and would definitely stay here again.
We have asked housekeeping to use less fabric softener, and we have made the owner aware of the comments regarding the wall heater. Thank you!

Nicely remodeled older place -- the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was workable. It has two bedrooms, but with the tiny common area you all better be super close friends to avoid cabin fever. Certainly small young family sized. Fenced in yard was great for the dog.

We enjoyed this place, we ended up with a very loud family in the rental next to/above us. This woke us up very early both days we stayed here. I'm guessing this was just a fluke and doesn't happen often. Other than that we were happy with our stay!
