It was a nice house. It was very comfortable and in a great location. It was a block from the beach and about a 10 minute drive to bandon dunes. I would stay here again. Thanks

We really enjoyed our 3 night stayed in this house. It's very spacious, clean and with plenty of room for a whole family. Although you can't see the beach from the house, it's only 5 min walk to the famous Bandon Beach - amazing! Thank you for hosting us!
Victor S. Aug 2020
The house is set back from the street and backs into a natural space. We saw a family of deer munching on vegetation while we were there. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected since there are no stairs down. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and the essential cookware to make dinner. During covid-19 times, it would have been nice to open the windows to air out the interior space but the handles are removed.

Easy to checking and checkout and great and private property, we will be back definitely.

The house was clean and nice, but there is no BBQ grill and the windows don’t open! No patio chairs. The house was clean and had ample kitchen supplies.
Bryan G. Jun 2020
The house was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed (including a nice ceramic dish for lasagna). It's hard to tell from the photos, but due to its situation this home feels quite private even though it is surrounded by houses. It is built at the edge of a wetland with a long access driveway and the vegetation makes a nice visual screen from some of the nearby houses. The ocean is visible from the deck and from the upstairs bedroom (not from the main part of the house), and is close enough that you can hear the waves from outside. It's a short walk to beach access, which is down a long set of stairs. From there it is possible to walk for a very long way north or south along the very scenic beach. Our group was two adult couples and two teenagers and it worked very well for us. As other reviews have noted, the windows don't open, but the temperature was in the 60s during our stay so this was not an issue.

The house was spacious, warm and well-appointed. Everything was clean and tidy, without a bunch of stuff cluttering up the house. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept in, and the kitchen had everything you could imagine for cooking, except spices and baking goods like flour. I was surprised by the deer family who took up residence around the house all week, and the frogs sang to us all night long.
The house is within walking distance to several beach access points.
We would love to come and stay again

booked for a Physician we are recruiting to transition to Bandon. He and his wife loved everything about the house and area... Thank you, we will use you again in the future. 5 stars

For our family trip, great location, nice beaches.
Alyssa E. Jul 2019
We spent the weekend at this beautiful beach house for a family weekend getaway. It is very clean, spacious, and in a great location. Beach access is very close and the shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. There is also a nice park very close by that the kids really enjoyed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we were unable to keep the house at a comfortable temperature some of the time. We were lucky to have nice warm weather during our visit but because you are unable to open the windows it did get too warm some of the time, and the cooling unit didn’t seem to help much. I’d definitely stay here again, but would just bring a couple fans with me.
Manager response:
Thank you, Alyssa! We will be suggesting fans to the owner and hope to see you again.

Very comfortable stay for a golf weekend!

House is located just off of the main Beach Loop Rd, which gives it a sense of seclusion, yet close proximity to all that Bandon has to offer.

With the sounds of bouy at night and the overall quietness of the area, you will have a wonderful nights sleep and be ready to explore the beautiful Bandon beaches and trails.

Exactly as represented. Very clean, great spaces, great location.
Kimberly K. Dec 2018
Pros:
- location is secluded and quiet
- house is spacious
- homey feel & couch set is super comfy
- close to town & beach
- clean
- safe

Cons:
- the bed in the master was super uncomfortable
- the kitchen is severely lacking cookware
- the windows do not open (it was winter but still gets stuffy. You can open slider but no screen.
- need extra lighting to work puzzles/read at kitchen table

We had a wonderful time and the house even with some of the cons - the home was just as described. Lord Bennett’s is walking distance for a fantastic view and a meal. We love Bandon ❤️
Manager response:
We appreciate this feedback and will take it under consideration. Thank you!

Loved the following:
-location
-privacy
-isolated lot
-homey feel
-dishwasher/laundry room/soaking jetted tub
-living room fireplace

To make it even better:
-downstairs beds were way too firm and frankly, uncomfortable. PLEASE consider purchasing egg-crate mattresses for all beds (leaving them in the closet for those who choose not to use is fine too)
-a remote garage door opener would be nice to dodge the rain
-larger trash can outside needed. On our Sunday arrival it was overflowing. Found a full hefty bag in garage also on arrival since previous renters had no place to put in the filled trash can outside.
-a screen sliding door for the small balcony

Just stayed at this lovely home last week for a friends golf trip to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. The house was clean, fit our needs perfectly and the location was centrally located to town and just a quick 10 minutes away from the golf resort. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great experience in Bandon, OR.

Place was very clean, private, very dog friendly. I have been staying at a hotel for years and I will only stay here if available.

Loved it!
Michael C. Jun 2018
The house has a great location and most all amenities. It could use a little bit more in the way of pots and pans.
Danielle c. Jun 2018
House is really nice and clean would definitely stay there again. Only complaint would be the mattress. Hard as a rock!
Erno G. Feb 2018
Sit by the fireplace to ride out a rain storm, or better yet put on your raincoat and head down to the amazing Bandon Beach. This house felt like home after just being there a few hours. Beds were a bit firm for me (both main floor rooms) but I was still relaxed at this quiet and private location.
Alison W. Feb 2018
Private and quite
Michael B. Feb 2018
The house was setup nicely and suited our all our needs which included a toddler and a dog. Would stay here again and it was priced well.
Arthur S. Dec 2017
Everything was how it should be. We had a very nice experience. Thank you.
Linda L. Dec 2017
Nice private home, ideal for a large gathering. Convenient to downtown and beaches. Negatives: Second bath had no shower, only a tub. If you are a fresh air fan, this is not the home for you. None of the windows opened.
