The location, building and apartment are great but the apartment was dusty, the floor was dirty, the kitchen had a broken door and the patio was really dirty so we couldn’t enjoy it . The administration needs to take better care of the place.

This rental is furnished delightfully and I cannot rave enough about how comfortable the bed is -- with a soft, heavy comforter too! Slept great and loved waking up to the floor-to-celing windows (there are blinds).
Great location with a lot of great walkable shops, restaurants, etc. and the Q21 building itself is outstanding. Quaint courtyard, great fitness center (has 2 Peloton bikes!), nice lobby with a coffee shop, and a private lounge area.

Skyline Splendor at the Q21 building is in a great location, especially for nearby business. New Seasons grocery is a step out the door away, and with a full kitchen in unit, bbq in community area, great for being able to enjoy a nice homemade meal and enjoy the weather. The patio area is almost larger than the unit inside, with a fantastic view. So it's convenient and comfortable. Couple of downsides that rental company could work on though - the patio furniture was really dirty (including some kind of pet hair all over it), it's also sparse or perhaps misplaced furnishing out there. The bathroom door won't stay open ever - this may seem like an odd nit pick, but it's really weird just how annoying it is when you're trying to just go back and forth between a sink/cup of coffee, etc. and the door closes hard each time. Finally, the bedroom area is small, and the closet is difficult (almost impossible to use because the bed butts up against it. While the bed was SO COMFORTABLE (something on the plus side), it should probably be a Queen (versus King) for this unit because of that. The air conditioner is super loud on the vents, and we were there during an odd heat wave and it got HOT in the unit. I list all these out because you never know what is or isn't important to someone and these would be considerations for us in the future, but we may just try another unit cause the building/location, furnishings, and overall was GREAT.

I enjoyed my stay at the Q21 building. The condo I stayed in was very nice and clean. It was great having a New Season's grocery store directly across the street. That was one of the nicest grocery stores I've visited. The coffee shop in the lobby was a nice touch as well. The habanero mocha was my favorite. There was a fitness center on the second floor that was also a great amenity to use. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Portland.

The neighborhood is awesome! Overall it was a comfortable place to stay (kudos on the bed!) but the experience was lacking. There is a coffee maker, but no coffee available in the room....why even tease me? Also, the kitchen was dirty, and not like a little messy, I mean DIRTY. The walls had grease spots and splash marks a plenty. It was super frustrating to consistently encounter broken items. The cabinets were cracked, the shower head spewed water about the bathroom, and the soft close on the bedroom door was broken. We stayed for 2 nights. Loved the location, loved the vibe of the building, loved the nearby restaurants...but honestly, there are other nearby properties that we'll explore for our next trip.

I used to live 2 blocks away from here, so location made my decision. Very comfortable place and experience. Nice grocery store (New Seasons) literally across the street. Loads of restaraunts within walking distance. Very convenient for being out of town. Unit #322 had a great view from the large balcony. Easy check in and check out. 3rd floor lounge has free espresso machine. Quiet place -- well built building with quality windows and walls. Got back home after a week in Portland, and was stunned at how much noise I have to put up with where I live. Window blinds are appealing but not completely dark -- this is standard in Portland for apartments built in the last few years for some reason. The chain to raise / lower one of them needs to be fixed, as it rubs against the retention bracket, making it difficult and noisy to raise and lower. Should be a simple fix, I didn't get around to telling them about the issue. USB plugs in kitchen outlets a nice touch. Internet was fast and reliable.
Our maintenance team is scheduled to repair the blinds. Thank you!

The huge windows that made up an entire wall were awesome. The balcony was spacious and the perfect place to wind down in the evening. The third floor lounge area had a coffee bar, grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. The second floor had a large rec room and fully-equipped gym. Tons of restaurants are just a minute walk away. I'd definitely stay here again.

The apartment itself if beautiful! Looks nearly new and is well appointed for your stay. The balcony is huge and has a great view of the bridge and city. The complex has a cute outdoor rec center on the third floor and an espresso / cappuccino/ coffee machine there as well! The location has great easy access to downtown, and the neighborhood is wonderful. There is a market just across the street and many restaurants, shops and ice cream parlors within easy and safe walking distance.
The only negative is parking, which appears to be an issue for the entire area. Street parking has a maximum of four hours so you have to search for overnight parking. When we were there, there was a lot just across from the back door to the complex that had all day parking for $12. You do have to renew each day prior to 7 am so don"t sleep in!

Condo was clean and has a very comfortable bed. Loved the common condo amenities like the super coffee machine that you can customize your morning coffee/espresso/latte/etc; the gym was roomy and have some newer equipment; there's also a pool table and ping pong table by the lounge. Neighbourhood was great to explore all the trendy bars and restaurants nearby. There is also a wonderful supermarket right across the street to get all your needs for your stay.
Bedroom is small but overall this is a great place to stay. Loved it!

Located in very walkable area with groceries next door and many fine restaurants and pubs. About 1 mile of flat walking to Pioneer Square, Saturday Market, 1/2 mile to the Pearl District. Apartment is very small, but fine for 2 people and could house a family of 4. Clean, easy to access, and safe. Our only two recommendations are: 1. add a second nightstand, and 2. provide some cleaning supplies (windex 409 or similar).

Smaller than I expected but still comfortable, very nicely furnished with large patio area. The tv wouldn't stay connected to the internet and there's no cable. Also the cupboards/drawers wouldn't stay shut, slightly annoying. Overall it was a decent stay and I'd probably do it again.
The drawers can be tricky since they are spring loaded on both sides. If one side pops out it just needs to be pushed back in evenly with the other side. The TV is connected and the internet is working; we apologize if there were issues during this reservation.

Loved the building and the condo. The location is ideally located to restaurants, stores and bus/tram lines. Condo wasn't fully clean however (bedroom, silverware issues) and the property management was unreachable, then unfriendly when replying. I left a detailed message on the first morning of my stay asking for a return call, but Vacasa never returned it. They did respond to my e-mail inquiry regarding the absence of ANY television service, but condescendingly referred me to the property description which did not list cable (a pretty basic amenity). Read their disclosure VERY carefully because if it's not in black and white (e.g., there's no promise of clean utensils), they won't reply to your complaint satisfactorily.

Great location and walking distance to everything. I would recommend this place to everyone if you are willing to pay for parking. Parking is 9am-7pm on the street except Sundays. So I had to wake up each morning to pay for parking , however all in all it was great.
