This is our second time staying here. View from unit 445 of the grocery store was really nice. Get to see people walking around.
Apt building right across the street from the New Seasons supermarket, and there are loads of restaraunts, bars, and coffee shops within a couple of blocks.
Apartment and building was nice -- no issues there. Big windows.

Walked everywhere to dinner, breakfast and shopping. Fabulous grocery store across the street. Got our rental car on our last day and couldn’t find a parking spot. Fortunately we didn’t fix meals here as the kitchen is furnished with plastic dishes and drink ware. Our biggest complaint is the five metal “wine glasses”. We arrived with several high end Pinots (this is wine country) and immediately set out to find decent stemware. I would expect a high end rental like this to provide high end kitchenware. Everything else in the condo was excellent, bedding, towels, etc. For two adult couples wanting an urban experience, this is a great choice. But bring your stemware if you enjoy great wine and don’t bring a car. A second set of keys would be appreciated. We had to stay together to get access to our place. A simple one page list of all the access codes would have been helpful too.

I love this location and the Vacasa places. This trip was with my 85 year old Mom. The extra space was priceless and she loved the city of Portland. A nice unexpected benny was that in addition to the central heating system, each bedroom has individual heaters for just that room. So I could sleep with my window cracked for a cool 65 degree room for sleeping and she could crank it up to 80 in her room :-) . We had a small maintenance need for a tub that was draining very slow and one call to Vacasa and they were "johnny on the spot" to get it fixed. I know there are more places in Portland for me to try out, but once I found this building I just keep going back to it. Everything including groceries is literally less than 200 yards away in what I am told is the nicest quadrant of Portland.

The location is the best part about this unit. I was traveling on business, but scoping it out for future trips with kids. New Seasons being directly across the street is the most amazing bit. You can walk everywhere - tons of restaurant options real close.
I would stay here again, but a couple of things travelers should know 1) Beds are very firm - I actually prefer firm beds, but these ones didn't have any give - mattress toppers would be a great addition. 2) It doesn't get dark. There is a lot of light pollution being in such a city-setting, but there aren't any curtains or shades to make it dark. I slept in the back bedroom where it was darker, but still a window that gets light all night. 3) Parking is tough. I didn't have a car, but one of my colleagues did. He did find a lot across the street but took a little hunting -- I think it would have been helpful if Vacasa let us know about its existence.
Only other picky things - the heater/ac unit is very loud. If it bugs you to have inconsistent noise all night, you may have trouble - especially in the darker bedroom which is right next to the unit. And there is only a Keurig coffee pot - no keurig pods and they aren't available at New Seasons, so you have to know to bring your own. Luckily, as long as you don't mind paying for coffee, there is a great coffee shop in the lobby, one at New Seasons, and basically one every few yards throughout the entire city :)
Overall though, it was a comfortable unit, the building is great, the location is perfect, and the price was amazingly good (mid week in February -- cheaper than the Silver Cloud up the street). I would stay here again on a short trip by myself & with the family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a great area with many things in walking distance. It was easy to check in and out and the place was very clean and well kept. We had been worried about finding street parking but never had a problem. The one thing that we missed was having a toaster in the kitchen. Other than that small detail, we were very pleased and would be happy to stay there again.

Loved the location and surrounding area. A coffee shop in the lobby and the grocery store right across the street. Shops, bars and restaurants all around. Public transportation within walking distance to get anywhere. Just the basics in the apartment, but clean and nice. We found a convenient parking lot across the street for basically $12 a day. Read the check in directions carefully and it works :)

We loved staying here for our most recent business trip to Portland. It's in such a great location we were able to walk to dinner, get breakfast and it's near so many lovely spots. The rooms were cozy and the place was easy to get into.

This is a bright, sunny contemporary apartment, close to so many cafes and coffee shops. (Good Coffee, nearby, is great!) Having the laundry in-unit was helpful, and we had lots of good breakfasts and lunches in the kitchen. The building is quite safe, and the neighborhood too feels safe to walk in at night, with lots of people out and about. The only problem is the thin walls, and the need for more noise insulation. We apparently bothered a neighbor, I guess with our three year old running in the apartment, but it takes pretty thin insulation to make a 26 lb child audible through the flooring! Still, it’s a lovely place, very cozy and pretty, and we had a great stay.

In town for a wedding and we knew that we might have as many as five people in the unit. Ended up with four: used both queen beds and the pullout couch. Master queen bed was quite comfy. Note: one bathroom is inside master bedroom, other is in entryway. Both are showers over tubs, so better for people without accessibility issues. We enjoyed using the kitchen for snacks and a good breakfast each day. The New Seasons market across the street has everything - we made a giant pasta salad to take to a BBQ. In-unit laundry. Elevator in building. We appreciated some of the extras, like salt, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent. Unit is listed as having a toaster, but we could not find it. Suggestion: add a collander to the pots and pans! Street parking only (even though parking garage seemed quite empty). We always managed to find a space. We will return!

This is a very nice place. We stayed here with our young daughter and it was perfect for us. The train and bus stops are all very close and easy to access. There is a pay parking lot right next to the building where we paid, at the most, $8 a day to park. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the walls are very thin and the TV noise from the neighbor was very loud and clearly heard in the main bedroom with the adjoining bathroom until well after 11:30pm each night. If you are a light sleeper Id suggest earplugs or sleeping in the other bedroom. Overall, I would recommend this condo and would rent again!

The place looked fantastic, was comfortable and seemed to have all the amenities. The only complaint that I would have is that the resident that was next door to the room with the attached bathroom listened to the TV/radio at high volumes late into the night and I would suspect that the effort put into sound proofing the space between the apartments was minimal. Hopefully that was an isolated incident because the apartment was otherwise fantastic.

Condo was clean and spacious -- everything worked and looked like new! My husband, 2 teenagers and I all had plenty of room. All the neighbors were great and very helpful, and it's in a really cool neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance, and public transportation just a few blocks away if you want to go anywhere else. It's also super-convenient to the freeway for longer jaunts, but you don't hear the traffic at all. Biggest plus? A wonderful natural grocery store across the street, so you can cook at home, or grab something from the deli to eat at home! I only subtracted a star because the walls are a bit thin (you can hear the neighbor's TV from the bedroom fairly clearly -- it would have been fine if I'd thought to bring earplugs, plus they turned it off by 11pm). Parking is also kind of a pain, but I expect that in a city. There's a decent all-day parking lot right next door if you can get in. Otherwise, you're stuck playing parking meter tag (but if you download the Parking Kitty app for your phone, that makes it easier). I would definitely stay there again!

This home is in a very secure building and everything is at your fingertips or within walking distance. I discovered an amazing chocolate/cappuccino/coffee/etc. machine on the 3rd floor and it sent me over the top in terms of happiness. Literally this building has a gym, big screen TVs, virtually anything you want. The unit itself is well laid out, comfortable and fully stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully appointed, easily reached from anywhere and walkable to plenty of different Portland neighborhoods. The Third floor apartments were our favorite-nicer appliances/decor and AWESOME outdoor patio terrace, but fairly tight space-wise. (Worth it though..this room was fantastic)The fourth floor apartment was much more spacious and also very beautifully decorated, just not as swanky/urbane. The New Seasons Grocery store across the street is perfect for shopping and/or eating light food. Street Parking is expensive so I would discourage bringing your car for anything long-term. Really nice management, neighbors and neighborhood.
