Très bien situé au centre de Honolulu, proches de la plage de Waikkki, du centre ville, etc....
Mais l’emplacement reste très bruyant il est difficile de dormir et le couchage canapé lit dans le salon est très inconfortable.

I liked nice views from both living room and bed room. I also liked the huge terrace attached to a bedroom. The unit is updated and clean. Enough towels are ready.

Pros -
-beautiful view of the Ala Wai Canal and cityscape at night - gorgeous!
-Easy 9 minute walk to Waikiki Beach
-Coffee right downstairs
-Convenience store in the building
-Amenities are great - pool has new covered lounges and they don't charge for them like the large hotels in Waikiki
-Pool stays open till late unlike large hotels in Waikiki
-Hot tub is huge!
-Washers and dryers in the building
-A/C is only in the bedroom, however if you open the windows in the front and in the bedroom there is an amazingly strong breeze that goes through the home that is comforting, especially in the evening. I loved the smell of the salt air!
-You can save $$ by eating in sometimes, as you have a working kitchen, with microwave, stove and even a crockpot
-The bathroom is fantastic and I loved having a bath tub away from home
-We found large shampoo and conditioner bottles as well as a large bottle of soap in the bathroom (not just tiny ones)
-There is a divider in the hallway you can close if you have guests staying on the futon (this home holds 4 max)
Cons-
Home needs more paper towels for guests
Just a few upgrades here and there would make this home PERFECT. Literally just these things:
-new beach towels (though we were happy to see there were beach towels, they were kind of worn and old and do need replacing
-a little of art on the wall would make the place more homey
-definitely needs a larger/softer futon. I tried sleeping out there one night and it was painful. Also, max occupancy is supposed to be 4, but I don't know how guests would sleep on that futon as it is quite small.
-needs a softer mattress in the bedroom. You can find memory foam mattresses on Amazon that are not expensive and that are much more comfortable.
-More dishes needed. We had a couple of friends over for dinner and there were not enough dishes
-A few touches from Ikea or even Target to upgrade the current furniture

All in all, for the price, it is a wonderful deal. The flooring looks new, the views are just insanely beautiful, and it's super close to Waikiki and to tons of shopping. I loved it and would stay again for sure.

The place was a small place but big enough for the 2 of us. Nice to have the kitchen to have some food on hand so we didn't have to eat out all the time. We were able to have the couple of tours we took pick us up right out front.

Condo was clean and very well located. Being in a central area means a lot of noise, of course, so bring your ear plugs. Otherwise very nice and a good value.

Within walking distance to beach, stores, night life. Pool and hot tub were great and little coffee shop downstairs was excellent!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks at beginning of February, 2018. Here are the pros and cons from our experience.
Pros:
- Property is in walking distance to beach/shopping and food stores
- Security on property is very good
- View from balcony of canal/mountains/city is excellent
- Unit was well equipped with cooking utensils and bathroom products
- Unit is as described in the ad and was very clean
- On-site grocery on pool deck was very handy
- BBQ's were excellent and were easily accessible when needed.
Cons:
- Minor construction pool deck was annoying and we were not informed prior to booking.
- The unit is not very sound proof from the outside and there is noise from constant sirens and traffic at all hours.
- Inconsistent responses from property manager

Our room was clean, roomy, comfortable, nicely decorated, affordable and had amazing views! The location was close to anything you might want to do and public transportation was close & easy to navigate. Security was good, the entire staff were pleasant and very helpful with any question we had. What was really outstanding though was customer service! We had some plumbing issues that necessitated us moving rooms.....maintenance issues happen...but I've never had anyone take as good care of us in an adverse situation as they did there! They responded immediately, helped us pack, moved & set up everything we had, fairly compensated us for the inconvenience and checked back with us to make sure everything was ok. They went well beyond the call of duty!

You can't beat the nightly rate in comparison to nearby hotels! You have all the amenities of being in your own home! Also nice pool, hot tub and sauna! The workout room was well equipped with various machines! There is also a well stocked conveniet store in the building and a very nice laundromat if you need to do any dirty clothes washing! Also a newly opened coffee bar onsite!
