Great townhouse in a great location. Very clean, with plenty Of space, well stocked kitchen and best of all, a private hot tub.

Location is fantastic, and the home itself is Super clean. Bring your fishing poles, floaties, kayaks, and paddle boards to get the most out of the pond. There's a little dock/launching pad a short walk around the pond. We pulled a lot of fish out!! That said, the hot tub was disgusting, and unusable which was unfortunate as it was a big reason we booked the house. There were not enough household supplies (no laundry soap as advertised, and TWO kitchen trash bags) for a house that sleeps 8, for the 4 days we were there. Upstairs (bunk bed) bathroom toilet was leaking. Messaged management every day regarding these issues, and no one EVER responded. Lastly, bring sleep masks... none of the bedrooms have curtains, and the cheap blinds do very little to block the rising sun... not awesome to wake at 6 am, while on vacation. Easy to get around town, and to Dillon Reservoir and Breckenridge though.
Manager response:
Hi Crystal, we appreciate your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and the pond near the home. We are sorry for any communication deficiencies. The current events have lead to an unprecedented volume of calls and messages from our guests, which has posed significant delays in our communication. We are happy to report that we have added several new team members and reworked our phone system to help us ensure guests receive prompt assistance. We would love to host you again soon.

We loved our stay here at Silverthorne Sanctuary and really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings right out the back door. The home was comfortable and spacious and we loved the hot tub in the evenings. The neighbors are close but super friendly and hospitable. The location was great to get out to tons of hikes and just right down the road from the Dillon reservoir. We had an amazing experience overall and would highly recommend staying here!

Back porch not very private but the views make up for it! Clean house, did not hear our neighbors!

My family had a great vacation and we had a wonderful home to relax in! The hot tub felt wonderful after skiing, since we were beginners and super sore!

We loved the fishing pond, easy bike access to town with the path, And quiet neighborhood and hot tub!

Great location close to stores and restaurants and a short drive to Breckenridge and Vail. We really enjoyed the bike path starting across the street along the river and the variety of hikes close by and the view from the patio.
The condo had a nice fireplace and the kitchen was equipped with most of what we needed. The rugs were filthy and the cover on the hot tub was broken and very heavy to lift
Impossible for one person. The upstairs was comfortable and had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo. Overall it was a great stay
I would go back. The property manager was very attentive.
Manager response:
We have a deep clean scheduled that will address the rugs, and we will ask the owner about possible repairs for the hot tub cover. Thank you!

Location was only a short distance from everything. The trails, ponds and streams were great to keep kids busy while at townhouse.
The management company was great! We had issues with the DVD player and was very prompt in resolving them.
The townhouse itself is in need of updating. The rugs and throw rugs are dirty and dingy and all of the glasses are plastic! Great for kids but not for adults.
Manager response:
The rugs will be cleaned or replaced during our deep clean this fall, and we have purchased more drinking glasses. Thank you!

This was a great deal. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and we all slept comfortably. The kitchen/living area was great for card games, board games, and relaxing. Loved being in the hot tub under the stars. Convenient drive to skiing and other activities in Dillon and Copper. Would highly recommend and we'll probably try to come back again this ski season.
