Great location in complex. Quiet spot, close to pool and grills, but not so close as to be noisy. Golf course view. Home is clean and everything works, though caulking in bathrooms is due for an update. Well equipped kitchen and we even liked the art. Only downside is unavailability of garage for parking. Most WCV homes we’ve used allowed this. Exterior space nearby, though.
We will definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at Waikoloa Colony Villas. The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, extra linen, and beach equipment. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning watching all the birds on the golf course...the most birds we saw in all of our birding expeditions. There are two spaces allowed for parking, one in the garage and one in a parking spot nearby. Vacasa had told me that there was only one, so we were wondering where the other car was going to park. Other than that one little issue, the condo was fabulous!

Great villa, spacious, spotlessly clean, and in a wonderful location. 5min drive to A-Beach and Lava Lava Beach Club (recommend both at sunset!). Villa was well equipped and we appreciated the beach and snorkelling gear, plus beach toys for our young kids. Would definitely come to this villa again in future.

All the necessities, room, and comfort you'll need for a home away from home! And for the price? Definitely worth the deal! Plenty of equipment for the pool and beach was available for use in the garage and the kitchen was stocked with a lot of utensils and pots and pans for cooking to avoid expensive restaurant meals. The villa was pleasantly decorated and was quite roomy. Having both a patio and balcony was nice. The management company -- Vacasa -- was very responsive to questions and issues. I will look to stay at a place they mange again!

We loved this place. We stayed for a week and it had everything we needed. Coffee on the bedroom balcony, meals outside the main level. We especially appreciated how quiet it was. Would definitely go back.

The condo was close to the pool. Lots of extras in the garage for pool and beach. Great location to stores and beaches we liked. The grounds were gorgeous. The layout of the condo worked well for our family. . Loved looking over the golf course every morning with our coffee. We are booking our next stay in Kona with this condo!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The pool is beautiful and has shady spots at all times, and close enough that the baby monitor reached! We enjoyed the close grocery store and wandering around Kings and Queens markets and enjoying the free shows at night. The beach is nice and there's a great little walk to search for turtles along the shore. The short 20 minute drive from the airport, and to all the nearby beaches, made life so easy - we never had any traffic at all.
The house was huge and gorgeous, and they provided chairs and umbrellas along with a few beach things like snorkels and balls. We never did find the playpen and highchair that were mentioned in the writeup, but we were fine without it. They sent easy checkin instructions, although we would have appreciated some local info like favourite beaches etc. There were a few cooking things (coffee, filters, tea, oil, a few spices).

From the moment we arrived, the condo made us feel completely at home in this beautiful island paradise. It was so well catered for that was clear that the owners cared for this property. Everything from the beach gear in the garage, to a fully equipped kitchen to shelves with guide books made it easy for us to transition into island life. We wanted to buy the house as is and never leave. We will certainly be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The pictures are 100% accurate in describing a spacious property that makes you feel like you are a home away from home. The immediate neighborhood is a beautiful gated community with a fitness center and pool/hot tub, all within a subdistrict about 25 mins north of Kailua-Kona by car. The subdistrict - Waikaloa - is a community in itself with two shopping centers (including the Island Gourmet grocery store), a large golf course, a historical part of the lava flows, and many hotel/resorts/timeshares and condo complexes. I really enjoyed a morning run to the accessible beach. The property is owned and managed by a company known as Vacasa, bringing with it mostly pros and a couple of limitations. The main pro is that they're accessible with a phone line managed by professional staff. They sent an email in advance with check-in instructions that included every detail including wifi access codes, clear directions, and parking instructions. Which was nice after a long flight. The main limitations we encountered were that they depend on past guests and their cleaning staff to tell them about little details that someone who owns/lives on the property might catch. For instance, the garbage disposal was out of commission and I just happened to notice a posting in the fitness room for a scheduled water shutdown on the morning we were checking out. They included beach supplies, but it looks like previous guests may have taken the snorkel sets home (the bin just had packaging). Amenities also included soap and shampoo, so we didn't pack any for the trip, but neither of the bathrooms had soap/shampoo/conditioner. Fortunately, they were responsive and delivered these items later that evening (although they only brought one set, so we still had to go buy another one for the other shower). Otherwise, it was a perfect stay - the property is well-maintained and has almost everything that you need.

We stayed with our two preteens for 8nights at this everything you can wish for 2 bedroom house. We enjoyed every minute of it. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was fully equipped. We found all you need for the beach from chairs, towels, umbrella and boogie Board. Heidi was very helpful and we felt welcomed. The outdoor grills provided great heat for the steaks and veggies. The house was clean, tidy and looked new. Was a wonderful find. We wished for more days. Well, we will be back for sure. Malachi for sharing your home in Hawaii.
