We love this house for so many reasons...the space, the location, the design...all of that AND being on Kiawah...what's not too love???

Close to the beach. Lots of room and porches along with 5 bedrooms. Great for three families with 6 adults and 5 children.

The house is about 1 1/2 blocs from the ocean. It is great for large gatherings and families who like to cook and dine together. But the great thing is, the house allows for privacy too. We had 13 in the house with 4 different households and 6 children room age 20 to 2. They all loved it. I would definitely rent it again.

House is spacious and so comfortable and right on hole #5 on Turtle Point - great deck awesome!

We will definitely rent this home again. Plenty of room to spread out allowing us to all have our own private baths and adult size beds! Great view of the golf course and plenty of tv’s to match March Madness and the golf tournament. So glad we have found Vacada and this perfect home.

We loved this house: wonderful location near the beach and bike path, with a huge screened porch, 2 different huge living areas, comfortable bedrooms for 8-12 people, cozy fireplaces, ample kitchen amenities (though the kitchen needs a deep clean -- drawers and cupboards were overcrowded, poorly organized and a little dingy). We had access to an entire garage, where we stored our rental bikes. Start to finish, the booking process was a cinch. Will definitely use Vacasa again!
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us and for your kind words! You have a good eye; we do have a deep clean scheduled for this unit. Hope to host you again soon!

The home itself is quite beautiful. A little light on kitchen tools, but overall beautiful and a terrific location. The management company is definitely disappointing. First, when we arrived we continued to get two different stories from the local office vs the Corporate Vacasa office and whether the house was ready. They clearly don't have their acts together. Second, once we got into the house, it was very clean, but there was no soap in the bathrooms and after we made two calls, still never received any. Lastly, after we left, we reached out several times regarding a teddy bear our 9 year old son left behind (that he has had since he was 10 months old) and were told the management company wouldn't reach out to the current renters to ask them to find the bear. It's shocking how terribly they have dealt with us over this simple issue and extremely disappointing they weren't willing to help us find our son's bear. While it is seemingly a little thing, he has slept with this bear for years and is distraught without it. We explained all of this to the management company only to be sent an email telling us they refused to "disturb" the current renters by simply asking about a bear. Shocking and we definitely will not rent from this company ever again. We have been renting houses on Kiawah for over a dozen years, but this was the first time through this company. We won't make that mistake again.
Manager response:
We apologize for the miscommunication between the local team and our guest services agents. We will continue to work on this. We have had multiple people in the home to look for the bear, and we are so sorry we have been unable to find it.
