**Please note that community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. Due to construction, there will be no pool or hot tub access during the 2020 and 2021 winter seasons. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1; this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.

A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Parking Notes: Community Parking (1) Pass Required. Parking is permitted on a first come basis in the lower (underground) parking garage accessed from the south side of Building 2(between the bus stop and second roundabout on Village Way). Park in any non-reserved space, or any spot faintly labeled EVC, parking permit must be displayed(available in unit).
A second garage can be used if no space is available in the lower garage, it is located on the south end of Angani Way( the north end is closest to the second roundabout and is labeled 115, Please do not park in this garage!)
Pedestrian door next to garage entrance is marked “104” ( this is the last garage door on Angani Way coming from north to south near the first roundabout).
All vehicles parked in the parking garages must display an Elkhorn Village Parking Permit on their rear view mirror. Only one vehicle per unit will be permitted in the parking garage. The designated parking spaces for Elkhorn Village are marked “EVC” in second garage. Your parking pass must be displayed and you can only park in spots for EVC; this is a very strict HOA rule. The EVC parking is toward the back of the garage.
Please be advised that Elkhorn Springs will be towing unauthorized vehicles parked in the surface parking areas around Elkhorn Village (such as the parking area south of Building 2). The surface lots are owned by Elkhorn Springs. As a reminder, the only designed parking areas for Elkhorn Village are in the two underground parking garages. Please be sure to return passes prior to departure. Guests are responsible for the $300 fee to replace the pass if it is not left in the unit. Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.

The condo was adorable. Beds were comfy. The place was cozy with the fireplace. We were surprised by the cute Christmas that greeted us when we walked in....especially after our journey finding the place.
We came into town in the dark in a snow blizzard. Directions said to take a left before going under the walk bridge that connects 2 buildings. In actuality you take a right after the walk bridge that connects 2 buildings to drive into the parking garage. The directions also said to take the elevator to the 2nd floor. We had to make several trips up and down stairs that consume the 2nd floor after getting off the elevator. This isn't easy with a bad back. As we were checking out today we realized the elevator for the 3rd floor was literally right around the corner from the condo. So get off on the 3rd floor and save yourself the trouble.

An affordable place to stay in Sun Valley. The building is rather old, but this specific unit is nicely renovated.

We stayed with our 2 kids and it was a good space for us. There were a lot of games which was nice. Very clean upon check in. Balcony was private and had a nice view. I felt bad the couch smelled like sweat. This is someone’s place they rent out and it’s too bad someone didn’t respect that.

The condo was clean and tidy with plenty of room for the me and my wife and 2 kids, was a quick drive to get to restaurants and bars, and only 1hr away from Redfish lake. Only reason not 5 stars is the parking garage is tight and there is not a lot of spaces to park, but would definitely stay again

The location is perfect and beautiful - a 10 minute drive to town. The pool and hot tub area is also nice and very big. However, the description of the unit is misleading - it is not bright and open, as there is a lack of proper lighting, and it seems dark even in the middle of the day. As other reviewers have noted, the beds are uncomfortable. The living room area is not very cozy, as the seating is limited and the couch faces away from the TV (which is placed in a high corner far away from the seating area). Everything is very small and cramped and I would not suggest having more than 1-2 people (children or adults) stay here. The fan in the bathroom works now, but the floorboards in the kitchen have not been fixed. Tip - take the elevator to the third floor instead of the second. That way you only have to navigate one very short flight of stairs instead of 4-5.

Upon walking in the condo we noticed the carpet was coming apart at the entryway and was a hazard also the floor was separating in the kitchen. Next we went to use the restroom to shower and the fan would not turn on. We noticed a different smell in the condo but we could not figure out what it was until while trying to find a comfortable bed because the master bed was so uncomfortable we went to the bunk beds and the lower bunk bed smelled of cat urine. After finding this we went to the couch and went to sleep they're waking up with swollen eyes figuring out that there must be a living cat by the owner that was not disclosed and being allergic to cats ruined our trip. overall I think this condo should be taken out of rotation and should no longer be rented until these issues are taken care of carpet is replaced and animal issues are taken care of along with an exhaust fan that works in the restroom. we will never rent this unit again or from Elkhorn building number 2 unit number 2044.

We do apologize the fan in the bathroom was not working properly; we have it on the schedule to be fixed with an electrician. We also apologize about the comfort of the mattresses; we are working with the homeowners to upgrade them. We are also sorry to see our guests had allergies bothered by the owner's cat and will discuss this with the owner. Thank you!

The location is great. It’s not big enough for 4 people. Beds were very uncomfortable. Space was dingy. Blankets weren’t clean. The location is great.

The location, and the related biking, hiking, swimming, tennis, etc. are fantastic. The home is very basic and not very comfortable. It is small and cozy, but works to get you into this location.
