Place was clean, with ample space for gear storage and a roomy galley kitchen and nice spacious living area. Bedrooms adequate. Living room furniture hard and not comfortable.

Property is in great location - few blocks from Main Street yet in very quiet and secluded neighborhood. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Kitchen appliances are brand new. Carpet is new. Bedrooms are adequate and mattresses are good. Dining table is 1970's Mediterranean ornate table with no leg room. Not very conducive for a family gathering for food or activities. But it works. New plastic patio chairs would be a great addition. Overall, property was good and representation was accurate.

We stayed during the summer,'19. The decor was simple, but sheets, blankets, bathrooms, carpets were VERY clean and comfortable. All amenities were provided, with a few extras. We were a group of 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids. We had plenty of room and the 2.5 bath was amazing.
Bummers: The grass outside the home was super tall, could have used a strip along the walkway to be groomed. Grass was very tall along the deck also. I think it was to maintain the "nature", but maybe a a little grooming would be more appealing. Also the master shower floor needed attention. Looks like it had gotten forgotten during the otherwise detailed cleaning.
Overall: Location was great!! We wanted our car, so we drove to town, but location was very close to town(10 min walk). Frisco was a great town! We visited the visitor center and participated in the "Waldo" hunt. It was a great way to pop in and out of several businesses and the kids would spend a little time looking for Waldo and adults got to look around without feeling like we were shopping for hours. It was a lot of fun.

Great central location if you are going to ski the Big 4 Epic Pass resorts. This is a very nice house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. I would certainly go back with my friends.
