The beds were fabulous. House was very well equipped.
We loved this cute place 3 spacious room and plenty of common area space... the hot tub heated quickly... and we werent bothered by anyone the entire time .... were definitely coming back...
Home is very comfortable and clean. The easy walk to beach was a huge plus!
The neighbors next store had daily violent fights, with yelling and swearing....it was so bad we had to go inside as we had a 7 yr. old with us...We were there four nights listening to them...on checking out we mentioned it to a staff person that showed up to clean, she was aware of it and said the police had been called often. I wish we had know this prior to renting this property, I would have never rented it. Was not a good situation at all..
The biggest downside to this property was the “cat” smell. The master bedroom carpet was stained (not sure if it was animal related) and the urine spot in the back bedroom should have been properly cleaned.
The hot tub was welcoming and the back patio area clean and comfortable. The linens were clean and fresh smelling and everything else was great.
I hesitate to mention this next concern but since it was a safety concern to each of us I will. A confederate flag (alongside the American flag) was clearly erected on the neighbors property. While I understand that the viewpoints of the neighbors are out of the property owners control, I believe you should be aware of this especially in light of numerous incidents of racial violence across our nation. This was alarming and we were afraid to venture out on foot for a beach adventure. I’m not sure we would stay at this property again.
We are very sorry to see our guest felt unsafe as this is a very small, safe town without any racial violence issues. We did not notice any flags up when we passed the house, but we have asked the owner to speak with the neighbor. Thank you!
We can't wait for our next trip
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this house, would definitely stay there again. It is rustic, yet very comfortable. Well equipped with everything you need. In walking distance, even with little kids to the beautiful sea shore.
5 stars for this ft. Bragg house. This house has extremely comfortable beds and lots of space. The kitchen is well equipped for anything you would like to prepare. It’s just a short walk to beautiful beaches. This home is quiet and secluded from neighbors yet close to Ft. Bragg shopping. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!
This fun updated beach house is in a great location. Walking distance to the ocean. Also a short drive to several beautiful state parks. Strongly recommend.
