One of the particularly unique features about this home is the hidden short-cut trail behind the home, which is a lovely short walk leads to the 19th Hole Lounge, Golf Course/Pro Shop, Grill Restaurant.
Located in the community of Pine Mountain Lake, this home is close to a variety of activities. Just four miles away, Pine Mountain Lake has all you need for an adventurous day with boat rentals, fishing, and picnic areas. The historic town of Groveland is a short drive away and has many of the original buildings, including The Iron Door Saloon, the oldest saloon in California. Yosemite National Park is 25 miles away for an exciting day trip to experience its beautiful scenery.

Parking/visitor pass purchase is required: All vehicles parked at the property will need to purchase a parking/visitor pass upon arrival at Pine Mountain Lake's entry gate. During the reservation process, the primary guest name is entered into the system so they may arrive at the gate and purchase a pass, but for all additional passes, please paste this link to into your browser and enter the driver names. The Pine Mountain Lake main security gate/guard kiosk located at 19228 Pine Mountain Drive, Groveland, CA. 95321. From Highway 120 in Groveland, turn left onto Ferretti Rd. Turn right onto Pine Mountain Lake Drive. Stay in the left lane and stop at the guard kiosk. Have your ID ready, and provide your name, property address, length of stay. The gate is staffed 24/7 and may be reached by calling 209-962-8615. Although vacation rental guests can’t bring boats of any kind to the lake, there are rental boats available at the Marina store (seasonal). Please note that the cellular service in the Groveland area is intermittent/spotty, and at times, internet service can be unreliable. Please plan ahead before your arrival and print necessary documents for your stay, including driving directions, lockbox codes, property instructions, and maps. ** The primary cellular service provider for this area is Verizon.
Parking pass is $40
Water Access: There are three beaches: The Marina, Lake Lodge and Dunn Court. You can swim inside the designated areas only. On private lakefront property, swimming is confined to within thirty feet (30) of the shoreline or private dock.
Parking in the Marina beach parking lot is not permitted on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and is reserved for homeowners. The beach can be accessed via water taxi.

Although the pool is listed as an amenity, at times it may be unavailable due to maintenance or other unforeseen operational issues at the direction of Pine Mountain Lake.
