This is a welcoming condo with a lawn and trees just off the lanai and is located directly across from the pool and hot tub. This recently remodeled condo has free WiFi, flatscreen TV, a great lanai, and is suited to the trade winds that are nature's air conditioning.

What's nearby:
A great day trip is to drive four miles down the hill to Hanalei. Be sure to stop at the lookout on the way down to take in the views! Hanalei has ample shopping, local dining, and incredible beaches which makes it a great way to spend a day (or two). If the kids are with you, take a family day a few miles down Kuhio Highway to Princeville Ranch where you can go ziplining, off-roading, horseback riding, or go on a guided hike. If it's a fun getaway, consider a day at the St. Regis, which has a lovely beach, fine dining, and a full-service spa.

This unit was clean and provided most of the amenities you need for your stay. It appears that it was also recently remodeled. No AC, but, LOTS of fans and great cross ventilation made for a comfortable stay. Kitchen has everything you need and more, toaster, blender, etc... We discovered a small cooler, 2 snorkel masks, 2 beach chairs, and 2 Boogie boards in the pantry. Only item missing is an umbrella and a large cooler. We stopped by Kapaa Beach Shop on the way to grab those for $25 weekly. Another good trick is to get a large bag of ice from the store for your cooler and the. Put it in the freezer each nigh, our one bag of ice lasted 6 days and barely melted. Pool is nice and cool and the hot tub is nice and hot. Neighbors are all very friendly and social if you also choose to be. The mattress is new and firm. Pillows are plentiful, even more in the closet, they are high quality too. Lots of guide books about Kauai under the coffee table as well. Bengie, the dog is always happy to play, and the neighbors cat will make a visit. However, don’t feed the cat at all, and he immediately will learn to leave you alone and not beg. Upstairs unit does appear to have a local couple with a baby that likes to cry once in a while, but, what baby doesn’t. Overall, this is a great unit that is in a quiet complex and is very clean. Oh, one more thing. If you want to check out the “Queens Bath”, if low tide is in the AM, go early around sunrise before the small parking lot fills up. Careful also if it has rained at all, the trail and rocks to get there can get real slick, however, it’s totally worth the hike! The gate appears to always be locked due to entitled homeowners complaining, so there is a cut path around the fence that will give you access. Also, the Holo Holo dinner cruise out of Port Allen was worth every penny!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. The condo had everything we could ask for except one thing - a broom! Other than that, it was great - clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The BBQ and pool were a great spot to meet people when we cooked in the evenings. The condo was centrally located so we could access some of the stunning North Sore beaches with little driving. The house had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay.
