Recent North Shore - Kauai guest reviews

The room was great! The view was amazing and very close to the smaller pool and grill area. My only complaint was the AC left a lot to be desired. During the day the room would be ~80 degrees but in the evening it would cool off fine. Not a big deal for us as we spent most of the day away from the resort. Keep the curtains on the sliding glass door closed or else it will be very hot as we discovered when we checked in and they had been left open all day. Golf cart rides are available but tips are expected. We walked most of the time. The walk down to the beach was pretty steep but didn’t take long. Restaurants located on the property were both good albeit expensive even for Hawaii standards.
