This rental's location at the base of Park City Ski Resort gives skiers and snowboarders unbeatable access to the mountain. The surrounding resort town offers a variety of other attractions, from sports rental stores to delicious restaurants to boutiques. In warmer weather, you can also make the short one-mile journey to Park City Golf Course or head up into the mountains to hike and mountain bike.

Parking Notes: You'll find parking for one car in underground parking garage at 1385 Lowell Ave, Park on Level 1 or 2, access the condo to retrieve parking permit and display in your vehicle at all times.
Please place it back it upon departure for the next guests. If the parking permit is not returned, you will get charged $400 to replace it.
Access the 1385 Lowell Ave. parking garage, park on either P1 or P2. If you are parked on level P1, access the elevator around the corner by “ColeSport” and go to level P*. If you are parked on level P2, access the elevator that says “Green Level – P2” and go to level P*.
Exit the elevator, turn right and you will find the building door. Please enter the access code and go all the way down the hallway, through the door at the end of it and across the breezeway. Please access the next building door (right in front) with the access code and take the elevator onto the third floor. Exit the elevator to the right and you will find the unit #308A.
