Well appointed, very comfortable and great view of gulf and bay. The property had parking garage, heated pool, two large hot tubs, nice restaurant with good menu and delicious food, and beach bar. The bridge to beach was very convenient, large beach area and the bonfires with plenty of chairs Friday night were nice. We were worried when we received notification of construction closing parking lot and garages, till the end of the year, but one was open and with the property half full we were able to find parking without issues.

Our unit 912 was nice. We had an issue with a water leak from upstairs bath in our bath but they addresses it without 24 hours. The pool is much smaller than in the pictures and with a facility this large it isn’t big enough. They have a lot of water space on the pool area for a bigger pool. The steps down to the beach are slick and getting worn but manageable.... if you are young and/or older and in good shape. The biggest issue was the elevator. Two elevators to service the entire building and it isn’t adequate. On check out we waited 30 minutes to just get on one and had to split our group up and part of us use the employee elevator because it was just not adequate. We saw this complaint prior to making the reservation and hoped it was addressed or that someone was being dramatic but it is crazy bad!! Also they have an issue with parking. If every guest can get two parking passes the guy cannot Park here. On our last night there wa not rom to park on site. Again this wasn’t the room it was the facility. 912 is a nice unit but not so sure we would be back because of the facility.

The view is absolutely beautiful! I had a room on the 9th floor and the balcony was absolutely amazing it connected from the living room, kitchen, second bedroom to the master bed!! Wonderful beach view and u don’t need your car u can walk wherever u need to go. Love the private beach area for your stay and private bar. This place is a must stay im already looking forward to my next trip here
