We left 2 days early...at first glace all seemed fine but the unit needs quite a few things. First off-no glasses at all-just 5 mugs. Vacasa brought by 4 wine glasses but no drinking glasses. No mattress pad which is not o.k. for many reasons. The sheets are rough and too thin so we used that as the mattress protector since we read a prior review. The shower curtain liner is full of red mold and smells, Vacasa said that is not their responsibility--it falls on the owner. The only frying pan was very old and should be replaced. The dryer sounds like a screw is loose. The carpets are very very old--all and all we left early and the owner should do a much better job.

For a family of up to 4, this condo works well for a short visit. The table is large enough and plenty of chairs for meals together, even e
with guests, and it has a big enough kitchen to cook if need be. The beds are not very comfortable though. The hot water heater must be shared with other condos bc the hot water goes out very very fast. This condo is not close enough to downtown for kids to walk but adults can if you don't mind a half mile or so walk. There are a couple decent restaurants nearby (Heidelberger drive-in is excellent, and JJHills at the hotel). I dont think the cleaning service is great but with a washer and dryer and cleaning supplies provided most things were easily remedied to my germaphobe standards.

Loved the location and most of the experience. Few things which were not satisfactory were:
(1) quality of bedding and blankets - rough, coarse and uncomfortable.
(2) laundry drier and dishwasher were not emptied before we checked in.

The place is awesome, spacious, fully supplied kitchen, clean, nice view, comfy bed in the bedroom. The customer service is quick to response and easy to reach over the phone. Only one upgrade, and we'll be back for winter vacation! The mattress in the living room is harsh... we rotated sleeping there with our kids, and everyone's back is hurting... too thin, and you feel the springs through, - it's rough. Hope the management can do something about it! Still giving it 5-stars, as a credit :) in hope to be heard. Other than that, very nice place. God bless you and loves you all!

We so enjoyed our stay at the condo at the Icicle Resort. We had a big snowstorm come through the area that we live in take place on the dates of our reservation,and couldn't make it. Vacasa was awesome and was able to reschedule our stay.
The condo is comfortable,cozy and clean. We took our 3 year old. She loved it! She slept in the bedroom, while we slept on the couch bed.
The mountain view from the balcony is lovely.
Having access to the pool and fitness center was a huge bonus.
