Very clean and comfortable except for the twin beds in the second bedroom. They were so uncomfortable that one family member slept on the couch. The bathtub in the master bathroom was clogged which caused one to stand in dirty shower water. Otherwise everything else was in working order and the unit was well stocked with basic necessities.. Also, a higher quality of sheets is suggested. The ones provided kept slipping off if the mattress which did not have a protective mattress pad. I'm in

I absolutely fell in love with this little house. When we walked in I felt like I was home at my grandmothers. It’s dated, has a pink kitchen and older furniture etc…but it was cozy and perfect! It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for to buy as my escape getaway! I sat out everyday on deck and took in coastal breeze, listened to crickets and watching wildlife. Evenings you could hear sea lions from marina side. No real water view but that was okay what I did see was enough. My husband actually sat and read a couple books there (never seen that happen before 😳) we were at peace and having/enjoying life relaxation. Kitchen has everything you need..literally everything. Only thing that I didn’t like was the bed. It was way to firm for me but that’s my own vanity. I love plush! Only thing I would recommend when you arrive or for housekeepers to watch for is unlocked windows. When we arrived late Friday night, all windows were unlocked. Maybe it’s that safe of an area but for comfort, I went and locked all windows. Oh and spiders…tons of webs and spiders. Other than that I wanted this home! It was perfect for us! Enjoying your morning coffee on deck watching coyote running up the runaway from airport was surreal but with those morning sunrises that are truly beautiful made it perfect! There is also a giant orange friendly cat that came to say hi everyday. I named him Ted! He’s super friendly and just wants you to pet him. We plan on booking again!

Find a beautiful vacation rental in Washington

The Evergreen State may have a reputation for rain, but your disposition will always be sunny when you spend time in a Washington vacation rental. The spirit of the Pacific Northwest thrives in every corner of the state, from the forests to the oceanfront cliffs to the Central Washington wineries. Blaze your own trail in Washington—book a vacation rental for your next visit and experience the magic for yourself.

Best vacation spots on the Washington Coast

In the southwestern corner of Washington sits the Long Beach Peninsula, an aptly named vacation hub with miles of sandy shoreline, charming coastal towns, and some truly jaw-dropping scenery and state parks. Work your way up the coast, and you'll find many of the Pacific Northwest's best beaches, including Moclips, Westport, and Port Angeles. The mighty trees and stunning cliffs of the Washington Coast set the scene for a truly magnificent beach house getaway.

Explore Seattle, the Olympic Peninsula, and the San Juan Islands

Heading north, visitors can board a ferry for the unique experiences awaiting on the San Juan Islands. Enjoy the peace and solitude of a long bike ride around Lopez Island, or take in some world-class whale watching as you paddle around Puget Sound in a sea kayak. Vacasa offers vacation rental options in the Seattle area, too, including many throughout the secluded Olympic Peninsula, where you'll be tucked away in the woods yet within easy reach of the city.

Central Washington vacation spots in Chelan, Leavenworth, and the Gorge

Central Washington holds a very different kind of charm. Our Lake Chelan vacation rentals border the 50-mile-long body of water, setting the scene for boating, fishing, and wine tasting at the plentiful local wineries. A little to the west, Leavenworth boasts not just small-town charm, but one of the nation's most celebrated Oktoberfests. Be sure to book your Leavenworth cabin with plenty of time in advance if you're visiting in October—rentals tend to fill up quickly!

And along the southern border of the state, the majestic Columbia River Gorge awaits. Less crowded than the busy "waterfall alley" area across the river, many consider the Washington side of the Gorge to be even more beautiful. Soak up a postcard-perfect view of Mt. Hood from the small town of White Salmon, or book your own riverfront Columbia Gorge vacation home near lovely Stevenson.

Experience all of this for yourself from the comfort of a Washington vacation rental.
