This waterfront home in Port Isabel offers direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway right from your own private dock! Enjoy canal views, a screened lanai and a covered outdoor seating area, as well as an east-facing dock with sunrise views, a 3,000-lb. boat lift, and a fish-cleaning station. You'll also have access to the community's many amenities, including pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a fitness center!
This home is located in Long Island Village, which offers indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, a golf course, miniature golf, a gym, and basketball and tennis courts. With direct access to the water, fishing and boating are always an option. Nearby attractions include dolphin tours, Port Isabel Lighthouse Historical State Park (one mile north), and the beaches of South Padre Island right across the causeway.

If your street is affected during your visit, the HOA will provide a complimentary shuttle as there may not be parking available. This construction will run through 2022.
*Guests must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (for up to two cars) and wristbands. This is an $80 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees.
