We all loved the place!! Everything available, very clean and organized. A plus having breakfasts outside and catching the sunset light to see some pelicans flying around. Just a delight (after the beach that is so close by!) Toddler also had a lot of fun going upstairs (safely with us) trying to jump to get to the sealing lol. Highly recommend it for the great price!!

I would have given 5 stars however they don't allow charcoal bbqing. I was given permission to do do, hence 4 stars, but this should be a given, we are in south Texas, the bbq capital. Allow permanent charcoal grills but just add restrictions on where to cook. The place was small but well organized for maximum use.
