My family and I booked another unit (E-20) in the same condos. The central heating was out in that unit and after the Vacasa local on call maintenance person attempted to fix it, we were promptly moved to C-12.
The unit beside us had clearly ignored the 2 car per unit rule and there was no parking anywhere near C-12 . We were forced to park much further down in front of the original unit that we had be moved from. The steps up to the unit were COVERED in several inches of ice, which made it very difficult and scary for my elderly parents to enter to unit. It would be nice if there was some tread on the steps or if during periods of incliment weather, Vacasa local representatives could place salt on the entry ways.
I agree with the other review that complained about the lack of light bulbs. There was absolutely NO LIGHT in the mudroom/entryway and out of 11 lights in the living room, 6 were burnt out. The queen bed on the King frame upstairs was also a bit silly but we used the extra pillows to block the empty space so it wasn't big deal for us.

Other than these minor inconveniences we really enjoyed our stay. The layout worked perfectly for our family. We stay in privately ownes rental properties nearly monthly and we appreciated the items stocked in the kitchen, the abundance of extra blankets and pillows, and the labels on the light switches. I also appreciated the extremely kind and knowledgeable maintenance person, Michael. We needed assistance both at check-in with the first unit and on day two of our stay with the gas logs, both times Michael responded very quickly.
The best part of this specific unit is the view from the deck. It looks out over the golf course pond, with Hawksbill Mountain centered perfectly in the background. Absolutely Stunning!!! We would definitely book again.

Upon arrival we noticed half of the lights in the kitchen and living room are out. Two bulbs are dangling from a cord as well. Half the bulbs were also out in the upstairs vanity.

Also, if you’ve always wanted to sleep on a full mattress on a King bed frame now’s your chance. Seriously, why would anyone do that? We elected not to use the bed as we had previously planned out of fear of someone bumping their shin or breaking/damaging the frame.

Pictures looked great and the location didn’t disappoint, but that’s the kindest thing o can say.

We loved the open living area, sinks in the downstairs bedrooms, beautiful view off the back porch and the accessibility to area attractions. We will be back!
