Well priced Sunriver home located close to SHARC and village.

We had a very nice stay at this home. Very clean and loved the open living area. Funiture was nice and new. Items where marked clearly how to use them. A few of the down sides are the laundry room is small and the dryer hard to get to. The big couch is new, but not comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and would rent again.

This place has a great location. Walking distance to the SHARC and a short ride to the village. I liked how the living area/kitchen was open, and the bedrooms were well situated. Would have liked some bike helmets but otherwise was nice to have the bikes. For those that watch TV, there is no TV in the living room - not a big deal for us but some might find it odd.

Everything was walkable from this great home. Perfect family vacation spot.

This is a sweet little house in a great location, especially for younger kids. Biking was easy, with SHARC and Village just a short distance away. A few updates could be made to furniture to make it cozier. Otherwise, we loved it.
Manager response:
The owners are excited with the upgrades made to the home recently. New bed pillows; new carpets and new living room furniture have been added to enrich the coziness of this marvelous home. Thank you.

This house has a great location, especially for those with kids. Ours rode their bikes around the cul de sac over and over and we were able to watch them the whole time from the deck. The furnishings are dated, but everything is comfortable and in good working order. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for our stay. The bike and SHARC passes were a huge bonus and one of the reasons we picked this home!

The home was clean and in a quiet culdasac. It was very close to the bike paths and aquatic center. The home had everything you need.

We biked the entire area. Spent time at the ranch with our two year old son who took his first pony ride. Best $15 ever spent! We used Chuckie's to rent electric bikes and just had a blast! Chuckie's were great guys. Even loaned us a cable to run a tv extension (for an important game)!

Very cozy, great location, good layout for 3 families. We had 3 old mellow dogs and 3 not so mellow kids. We had a great time. Thank you.

I originally rented the house so my family would have a place to stay when I was at a conference. Through some odd circumstances, my daughter and I wound up being the only guests! It was far too much house for us--but an absolute delight to stay in--and would be oh so perfect for a group with grandparents--the grandparents could stay at one end of the house in an isolated master suite, and the parents and kids could stay at the other end in the other two bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms would make it really easy for a large group!. The house was spotless, the fireplace great, and the kitchen well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great!!

We shared the house with our two adult sons and their spouses a baby and a dog. It was great having 2 and a half baths. The deck also was like another room. We took turns cooking and there were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans. We would have liked more adult games. The place was clean and bright and close to SHARC and the village without being near the traffic and noise. The train did come by a couple times a day, but that was ok with us. We found staff very responsive.

My family really enjoyed our time at Sunriver. Riding bikes, floating down the river, hanging out. I will definitely be back.

Great house. Super cozy. Had a great stay and would definitely come back to this property.

This is a simple house. The fireplace and living area are great for getting all family members engaged. The TV is located away from the main area so we had a lot of quality time spent together. It's on a nice quiet loop, close to the Sharc and shopping center, but low traffic so the kids were safe to play outside. I would consider staying here again.

Couches in the front room, and another chair should be added .

I stayed here for a week with the first several days being on my own and my family with two kids and wife joining for the last 4 nights. The home has an excellent layout and was perfect so each child could have their own room and we could have our own room. There are 2.5 bathrooms so that worked too. The kitchen is open and the dining room and living room are connected. The deck is very nice and the home worked perfectly for internet, TV, appliances, etc.
The location is just several minutes from the SHARC pool although we did not go and only 3 or 4 minutes from the Village which is very nice and convenient. We would ride the bikes there which was great. It was also only a mile or so from the Lodge.
The bikes which are there are great and we rented a trailer for our 3 year old. Overall it was an excellent stay and the circle is very private and quiet.
I am not positive I would stay here again, however due to the proximity to the train tracks. I stayed for 6 nights and on 4 of them I was woken up by the train and 5 or 6 in the morning. I am not a light sleeper but not a heavy sleeper either. Neither of my kids or wife were woken up.
Also, we don't get much TV watching at home so we like to do more of that on vacation and there is just one TV which is 32" in the bedroom with two single beds. So when we went to watch TV we would have to go in that small bedroom and watch on that small TV.
These were the only issues with the property and it was wonderful other than that. If those are not things that would keep you away, it's certainly an excellent value and probably priced appropriately considering the items I mentioned above.
Overall a very fun stay and nice property.

We loved our stay at 1 Racoon lane. We are a family of 3 (one toddler, 2 adults) and stayed with 2 additional friends. Our weekend activities centered around hiking, biking, walking to get coffee, swimming laps, and using the hot tub at SHARC. All were easily accessible from this location and we could roll out of the driveway on our bikes or with the jogger stroller to do our activities or get to the SHARC. We went to the SHARC daily, so being that close was great. The house is good for 2 families or couples, as each of the bigger bedrooms has its own bathroom and that was nice for privacy. The 3rd bedroom was fine for putting in our portable crib for our son. The kitchen living room was a nice size for 4 adults and 1 kid and we cooked a lot in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

An excellent location! 1 Raccoon is a quick and easy bike ride to the SHARC pool for daytime, and an equally easy ride to the Village for evening fun and a stop for ice cream at Goody's. 1 Raccoon is located on a nice circle drive so the kids could ride their bikes and remain in view. The bikes on premises (3 adult, 1 kid) were in good working condition; we rode everywhere. There's plenty of room in the house for lounging and eating meals inside and out, and great sleeping quarters (except one queen bed is a bit squeaky and less comfortable than the other). The kitchen had all we needed to fix meals. Nice TV and DVD player in one bedroom....but we never used it because we played games when inside and were outside the rest of the time. Overall great stay!

Great location among the pines and close to the Village. Bike path is around the corner. Lovely home. However, beware that the flat screen T.V. is located in one of the bedrooms, so if you are traveling with small kids, that might be difficult for the adults who want to stay up later and watch a show.
Karen And Jay K. Mar 2015
Very happy with the rental. Instructions were easy and house was well equipped. Quiet neighborhood steps away from the SHARC and minutes away from the Village.
David B. Feb 2015
Be aware that the hot tub at SHARC is for over 18 only. This was a big disappointment for our kids. There was not much reason for the parents to go in the hot tub outside of the building, while the kids were inside swimming. I understand this is beyond the control of the owners of the home, but it is a disappointment and I wish the SHARC center would have a more flexible policy.
Jeannie R. Jan 2015
Clean and very quiet. Great for relaxing or reading. Needs a tv in the living room.
Elizabeth C. Oct 2014
The house was situated in a nice area. Easy to find. Close to everything. Enjoyed the bike/hike trails. Quiet and didn't mind the very occassional train as they didn't blow the whistle.

Perfect location to access all the main areas of Sunriver. Very quiet & cozy. Had a small chihuahua & he did great! We didn't use bikes, but saw some available if needed. All appliances & kitchen items were of great use & quality. Bedrooms roomy & more than enough blankets & pillows. Only bummer, was there was no air conditioning in the 95+ degree heat. Otherwise, all great!

We had a wonderful visit to Sunriver. The location of 1 Raccoon Lane was great. We could easily access the bikes paths, and the SHARC was walking distance. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus my parents.

Remember this is a pet friendly place, if you have dander allergies like me proceed with caution, this place will enhance those allergies. Our hypoallergenic dog had a great time but my allergies flared up in a big way. This place is in a great location, very near to all of the cool activities in Sunriver - SHARC, village, trails, etc.
Manager response:
Thank you for sharing your thoughtful and constructive feedback! We do our best to thoroughly clean our homes before and after each stay, and we will continue to do so to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our guests. Pets are certainly welcome in this home, but our local manager will look into this issue to prevent our guests from experiencing any discomfort. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate your honest review!

This was an excellent location very close to SHARC and the village. We had 7 people so we loved the fact that it has 3 toilets & lots of extra toiletries. Only 1 tv in 1 bedroom, a plus for us. Open the windows in the evening to cool the place down. We had a good experience here.
Manager response:
Thank you for letting us know about your stay a this home. We look forward to seeing you again soon and are very happy you enjoyed your time in Sunriver.
Eric B. Nov 2012
This is a great home in Sunriver. It's worth noting that there isn't a TV in the living room, but if you'd rather read a book by the fire, it's perfect.
Song K. Jul 2012
very nice place to stay. it was a nice family girl's time away with me, my mother and my aunt. I had two dogs who had to get away from the july 4th fireworks and we only heard two fireworks go off during our entire stay there. It got very hot during the summer, but with the excellent windows (with the screen doors) and the overhead fan, we were able to keep cool throughout.

Vacasa did a great job of preparing this property for guests. Locating the property was a little more challenging than indicated in the directions, but manageable. Everything one might need was there. We felt very much at home while there. Sunriver is an excellent locale for any level of activity, year round. Our thanks to the property owners for making this location available to the public.
Manager response:
Thanks for the review! We'll take a look at those directions and clarify them a bit more. Come back anytime!

It would be nice to have a television in the living room
Manager response:
Thank you for your review and your suggestion, we will certainly consider adding one in the future!
