The house was very clean and welcoming, the beds were comfortable, the pool passes were great. The downsides are that the trains travel very quickly and are quite noisy and did wake some us up in the night but it didnt wake the kids, the kitchen is stocked well enough but is a little slim on plates and kid friendly dishes, the upstairs floor is pretty squeaky so afternoon nappers might struggle in the downstairs bedroom, and no ac but it cooled off enough at night that it was only hot in the late afternoon or early evening. This is a good little house for a small group if your looking to not spend a fortune on a vacation and we really enjoyed our stay.

This was my third time visiting this house in the past few years. This time we tested it with 10 people and surprisingly all fit in with room to spare. It’s the perfect location and the SHARC passes are such a blessing to have handy.
