Located on Perfection Ski run, this luxurious lower unit of a condominium block, has excellent ski in/ski out access. This run takes you down to the three main lifts, Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost Express and Plaza Chair. You are approximately a short 5 minute walk to the village.
Stairs lead down to the property. Once inside you are welcomed with wooden floors and great views of the Monashee Mountains. This property can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Perfect for families.
On the entrance floor, there is a separate mud room for all your snow gear and equipment. In the living room there is a gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating for everyone to relax. The couch can be converted into a pull-out queen sized sofa-bed. Relax in the living room beside the fireplace with a hot chocolate and watch the snow fall. There are various board games, card games, puzzles, books and DVD movies available to entertain the family as well.
The dining room has a large rectangular wooden table where you can enjoy all of your family meals. The door to the balcony is to the right of the dining room, as this is where you will find the hot tub, which provides excellent views to the mountains beyond. The kitchen with heated tiles, is an open plan to the dining room so you can chit chat to your family whilst preparing dinner!
To the right of the kitchen is an alcove area that has a 50" TV with cable, an X-Box 360. This area would be perfect for children and adults to relax and entertain themselves with games and movies. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor.
On the downstairs level, there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a bathroom ensuite with heated tiles and a double steam shower. The other guest bedroom has a double over double bunk-bed that would be perfect for 4 children/teenagers. There is a second full bathroom across the hallway from the guest bedroom.

Parking is provided for 1 SMALL vehicle in a heated covered garage. NO OVERSIZED TRUCKS.
