This property was a new rental (per Vacasa staff). It was missing several advertised amenities and was lacking in a lot of areas that we are accustomed to when renting from VRBO or Airbnb.
*Washer/dryer not working
*No toiletries (no soap for shower)
*Outside front & back door lightbulbs burned out making it difficult to enter at night (this issue was also a renter comment 12/19)
*TV(s) not working -spent 45 minutes texting/calls with agent to get 1 working
*No bedside lamps in any of the bedrooms or bedside tables to put phone/glasses etc at night in 2 bedrooms
*Master bed against outside window with no headboard-pillows had to lean against window blind to read/watch TV.
*Only 3 coffee filters (for a 4 night stay)-purchased a 100 pack and left them for future renters
*Only 1 lamp on the fireplace mantle in the living room which made it difficult to read at night
*No paper towels in kitchen
*Refrigerator was old and rusty in spots
*Upon arrival there was still a painters drop cloth laid out from someone painting in a bedroom prior to our arrival, as well as a soda cup

We actually didn’t stay the last night of our rental, due to some of these issues.

This property has a lot of potential...just needs some attention to detail before it should be rented out.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Darlene. We are glad you enjoyed the home's fabulous potential though we apologize for the issues affecting your stay. We have worked with the owner to resolve cable and laundry appliance concerns and we are continuing to address additional improvements and repairs throughout the home. We look forward to hosting you for an exceptional visit in the future!

We had plenty of sleeping room for 6 adults and 1 child. There was a fenced backyard and nearby park for the dog that accompanied us. The house has been remodeled on the inside and the kitchen was big enough for several people to work together, plus a nice sized refrigerator.
