Everything was easy staying here; parking, email confirmations/communication with needed info. Comfy beds. Plenty of dishes, towels and space to relax. Love being able to walk to all the action.

We loved the condo! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The only complaint that we had was the chairs on the balcony need to be way more comfortable. One of the things we enjoy is sitting outside in the mornings drinking coffee and we could only stay outside for a few minutes because it was very uncomfortable. Other than that we will definitely book here again!

Condo was clean and spacious. Location is ideal. We have stayed at BC in various rooms often and will stay at BC again. Only complaints were problems with elevator codes frequently not working and no one being in front office in evenings to help with the issue. Also, minor inconvenience, it is frustrating that a full kitchen condo believes only ONE trash bag and ONE dishwasher detergent pack is sufficient for a week's stay...especially the trash bag! Complaints were minor and only mentioned so they can hopefully be remedied.

This is the 2nd time we have chosen Baskin Creek Condominiums in Gatlinburg, TN for vacation and we would definitely stay here again if we were to return to that area. Clean, convenient, love the layout of the condo: the 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (the 2nd one with 2 beds and a double sink in the bath), kitchen and having a washer and dryer in the unit are all so nice when traveling as a family with almost grown kids. Thanks for another great experience!
