Loved our stay at this home in Dillon. The views from the dining room and one bedroom are incredible. Good size home. Exactly as pictured. Felt like home. Neighborhood is very quiet and quaint. We became friends with the neighbors the week we were there. Oh and the location is also amazing. You walk down the hill and across the road and you are at the lake and path. Great stay!!!

This is a basement flat and not a whole house which the pictures imply. We had a bunch of issues that we had to report during our extended stay and for the price would not recommend. It says AWD/FWD but let me clarify YOU have to shovel the drive if you want to get in/out as my husband did and that was after calling a few times to even get a shovel. The "cable" is basic channels and the decor was lacking. There is no place to store/hang coats and or equipment. Aside from location and view its not worth staying here.
Manager response:
Elba, thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We apologize that your experience in our home was not the vacation for which you had planned. We appreciate you notifying us promptly so that we could take the appropriate steps toward a resolution. Please know this unit receives regular snow plow service. We are sorry to hear you were dealt the task of having to shovel. We also never intend to mislead guests regarding the unit listing, and we apologize for any confusion. We hope to have the chance to impress you next visit, thank you.

Loved our stay here and love the view of the frozen reservoir! We were a group of 4 who had plenty of space to spread out & spend our NYE together. We had 3 visitors for dinner one night and were able to accommodate them at the large dinner table. We were thankful that it had all the kitchen utensils we needed & forgot (wine opener, can opener, coffee pot & filters, salt & pepper). Always thankful for dog-friendly homes and to have been able to bring the dogs on vacation too!

We had plenty of room for our family of four and pets were allowed. It was a nice, quiet place to stay. 4WD/AWD is definitely a must in winter. The driveway is a bit steep, but our AWD Ford Explorer had no problems making it up the snow covered driveway.

The only things that kept me from giving it a 5 star rating are that one of the showers had very low water pressure and the ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge weren't hooked up. Also, the cable TV only got the most basic of channels and didn't get sports channels like ESPN. We wanted to watch college football bowl games during our stay, so this was very frustrating. The window coverings weren't the best and there was some dust and cobwebs here and there, but nothing too bad. Otherwise our stay was very nice and we would stay here again.
Manager response:
Hi, Mark! The property manager has scheduled some extra cleaning for the home and is handling the cable with upgrading the package being an option. We have updated the check-in instructions for ease of accessing the home. Thank you!

I brought my husband, 3 teens, a 5 year old and our small dog. I was the perfect size. We had enough space for everyone. It was very clean. Had spices and some other things like oil to cook with. The dining area was spacious. We watched one of the movies there which was very convenient. The toiletries in the bathroom were a very nice touch. The door lock was easy to use. It was great not having to worry about keys. The view was beautiful. Would rent again.
