My favorite amenity was the free lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach! The room was clean and the service was great!

This is a decent building, however the condo itself needs updating and repairs. The view is amazing!
Manager response:
Hi, Brandi! Thank you so much for staying with us. The property manager will be doing any necessary repairs and deep cleaning of the home in the near future. We hope to see you again!

Pros:Good location, great beach, nice room, comfy beds, awesome balcony and view.
Cons: elevators take way too long to the point of it being a major issue and hassle to go anywhere. Dishwasher was broken upon arrival and not working 3 out of 4 days and It was filled with old fish fry water upon arrival and the smell was so bad my kids couldn’t handle it. Not a good first impression. I called and they came and shop vacuumed the dishwasher out and put some bleach in it, but for $400 a night after taxes I didn’t want to deal with that issue and shouldn’t have arrived to that.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Kirstine! We are sorry to read there were some disappointments to your stay. The HOA is working on the elevators, and we do provide guests with recommended times to utilize the elevators with the busy hours in mind. We did advise you upon arrival that housekeeping had reported an issue with the dishwasher, but there were no available technicians at the time to handle it. The dishwasher has since been repaired. We hope to impress you in the future!

This was our 2nd time staying at Tidewater and into 2303 did not disappoint. Everything was super clean. I was worried about elevator times being on 23rd floor, but even at high traffic times the wait was never more than a few minutes. Rooms were super quiet, spacious and nicely decorated. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay with a great location.

We stayed in condo #2303, and although it was nice, it had a few issues. The location of the bedroom is in the front of the condo, and is right under the exterior hallway light. Even with the shutters closed, enough light came through the window to keep the room somewhat lit all night. You can also hear people walking by if they are pulling luggage or talking. The light in the master bathroom shower didn't work, but was probably a bulb issue. The living room furniture was not very comfortable, and really needed some pillows. Although the condo claims it sleeps 8, it would be difficult to do so. There is one bedroom, a set of bunk beds and two couches. Both open into beds, but with the size and configuration of the furniture it would be very hard to get both couches open at the same time. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, but there were only four forks. The other things it could have used were dish clothes, hot pads and a cookie sheet/pizza pan. We stayed there for a month, so luckily we had some of these things from home. Overall we had a very nice stay at Tidewater, and hope to do so again, but we would probably not choose this particular unit, due to it's location.
Manager response:
Hi, Lori! Thank you for telling us about your stay here. The owner will be providing blackout window treatments to help keep the room darker at night and is considering restuffing the sofa cushions for comfort. Housekeeping will do inventory in the home to ensure all necessary kitchenware is available to our guests. Please do not hesitate to reach out so we can assist you with these matters during your stay. We hope to see you again!

Great room and staff at Tidewater. Would have given it a 10 but it was at times difficult to sort out what was provided and what was not as a Resort Quest guest (such as when we ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper).
Manager response:
We're very sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. This issue occurred under a previous management company. Our local teams are working with that company to learn from feedback and fix any issues. We just started managing this unit and would love for you to try staying with Vacasa in the future to experience our world-class service.
