There are two main bedrooms, both with warm tropical inspiration, featuring top of the line king mattresses and bedding, and beautiful dark wood West Indies style furniture, plenty of closet space, and premier tiled floors. Both bathrooms have been renovated and include new cabinets and Kohler facilities. This beach abode has free WiFi, three TVs, and three DVDs for your entertainment. THINGS TO KNOW

• Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
• Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
• Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
• Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
