Mountain meets modern in this brand-new, five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom luxury home in Steamboat Springs. With 3,000 square feet of living space across three levels, you can relax and unwind in two living areas, admire breathtaking views of the Flat Tops mountain range from the gourmet kitchen, and gaze at the stars while soaking in the hot tub on the rooftop deck.
Enter the house through a bright and welcoming foyer and walk up the beautiful staircase to the heart of the home. Entertain friends and family in the fully equipped, open-concept chef's kitchen featuring Thermador appliances, and sit down to eat at the dining table for six and stools for four at the kitchen island. In the summer, experience true indoor/outdoor living as the kitchen opens to the main-level deck, where you'll find a fireplace, a gas grill, and comfortable seating. In the winter, get cozy by the gas fireplace as you watch the snow fall through the large windows. On the same level, you'll find a half-bathroom and the master retreat with a king bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the foyer level are two well-appointed queen bedrooms, as well as a full bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a shower. Also located on this level are a spacious mudroom and a laundry room with a front-loading washer and dryer. Two additional bedrooms provide a twin-over-double bunkbed apiece.
