Originally built in 1928, this home has been completely renovated with lustrous floors, a new kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a welcoming modern interior. You'll love spreading out in the living room to enjoy a good game or movie with friends on the mounted flatscreen TV. Use the full kitchen to cook up something special then serve your guests in the elegant dining room. The kids can romp around the yard with the family dog while you grill up some freshly-caught fish on the private gas grill. You'll be just a short five-minute drive to the beach, so be sure to pack plenty of sunscreen for your stay. You'll find a sofa bed, a king bed, a queen, and two twin beds, and enough overall space for up to eight guests, so everyone will have plenty of elbow room and sleeping accommodations.

Very nice renovated home with historic overtones. Would stay again. Nice dark hardwood floors. Nice fenced backyard although there is an alley in the back where trash cans are well in view. Light fixture in ceiling above back door needs repaired (not a standard light bulb, special LED board)...flickers like a strobe light. Also drainage problem in driveway area....after rain cannot get in your vehicle without getting your shoes soaked.....need to install French Drain.

The house was very well decorated and spacious. The thing we loved the most was that the house had literally everything you could want, towels, washer and dryer, extra pillows, dinner ware, utensils, extra trash bags, grill with tools, a TV in every room. It was much better than we expected. We actually brought our own plates, paper towels and utensils and grill gear etc because we didnt expect it to be provided. This vacation home was such a pleasant surprise. I would definitely book here again and I would definitely recommend others to book here as well!

the house was very nice had a nice fenced in yard was very convenient location just far enough from all the traffic but not to far from food places... house had everything you need for comfort away from home!
