Set in an oceanfront location, this studio is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. This studio has a look that is uniquely Americana, with shiplap walls and a wet bar-style kitchenette equipped with wine glasses and other accessories so you can cook up everything you crave. Relax on the queen bed, with plenty of room to stretch out and walk around inside, while central air conditioning ensures everyone is cool and comfortable. Chairs and beach towels are included so that guests can head down to the sand whenever the mood strikes. If you're feeling like a different kind of dip in the water, check out the shared, outdoor pool. There's enough room in this studio (and on the shared patio) for everyone to enjoy themselves!
Access the beach at multiple points on the ground floor of this studio's complex! You'll be right by Bid-a-Wee Beach, which can be less crowded than other beaches in the same area. Check out Pier Park and its variety of shops and restaurants less than two miles away. The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf from high up. Head just under nine miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island- it’s only accessible by boat!

Parking Notes: Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Your parking pass should be left in the condo for you when you arrive. If the previous guests took the pass with them, you will need to get one from the Homeowner's Association Office located on the ground floor on the west side of the building. We will pay for the replacement pass. This parking pass must be returned to the condo prior to departure. There is a fee of $50 for a missing or lost parking pass. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file if the parking pass is not left in the condo.
Parking passes are located inside the condo and are good for up to 30 days. They should be returned to the condo prior to departure. Limited unassigned parking with a parking pass is allowed in lots on the east and west sides of the building and along the road in front of the building. Guests are limited to one vehicle per condo in the parking areas and parking is on a first come, first serve basis. There are about 15 parking spaces along the road to the east of the building beside of Bid-a-wee beach. A parking pass is not required for this area.

Although there are not any "No Parking" signs, parallel parking to the east of these spaces may result in having your car towed by the city. This is especially true overnight. Neither Vacasa nor the Fontainebleau owner’s association will accept any liability if your car is towed by the city.
Per the Homeowners' Association, each condo is allowed only one Fontainebleau Terrace Rental Parking Pass. This is a "Limited Parking Pass," which allows access to the property but does not guarantee a parking spot in the designated parking areas.
Visitors of guests must park off-site. Please keep your vehicle locked at all times. Neither this property nor property management assumes any liability for damage or theft of the vehicle, or theft of personal property for vehicles parked on the premises.
At the Fontainebleau, all scooters, motorcycles, and golf carts require a $5 parking decal. Scooters, motorcycles and golf carts must park on the shuffleboard court. Such vehicles parked in a regular parking space or without a parking decal are subject to tow at owner's expense.
Water Access: This condo is located directly on the beach. There are multiple access points to beach from the ground floor. Please be mindful of the current exterior construction being performed.
