Make a break for the Northern Oregon Coast for plenty of rest and relaxation in this three-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in Lincoln City. Boasting a dog-friendly attitude and space for up to six guests, it's the perfect retreat for your family or a group of friends!

Part of Sandstone Point, a condominium community just a few blocks east of the coast, this condo is conveniently situated for days spent on the beach or in town. The beach is about a two-block walk down the road, and the cinema is right across the highway. But it's also just off Highway 101, making it easy to visit other towns along the coast with a drive north or south.

This listing is a private and complete condo, though if you're traveling with a larger group, check out the listing for all three levels of the Seal building, which will accommodate up to 16 guests in total.

Leave your sandals and beach bag by the door, then settle in for some relaxation in this inviting space. Enjoy an afternoon indoors with a favorite cable TV show, or catch a nap on comfortable seating in the living area. You could also pop the cork on a bottle of Oregon pinot and sip a glass on the outdoor balcony.

Time to eat? Head into the compact but efficient kitchen, where you'll be greeted with everything needed to whip up a tasty snack. Dine together with your group at the nearby table, or take your meals onto the balcony for an al fresco experience.

When you're ready to call it a day, retire for restful slumber in three bedrooms, which all have queen beds. With the addition a futon sleeper, up to six guests are accommodated here. Can't bear the thought of leaving the family dogs at home during your adventures? With a small nightly fee, your pooches are welcome to join you.

Wake with a fresh cup of coffee in the kitchen or in the outside courtyard area, then start planning a new day of adventures. Connect to the WiFi to make your plans, which might include stand-up paddleboarding in Devils Lake (an access point is about four miles north), kayaking and wildlife viewing a few miles south in Siletz Bay, or gambling at Chinook Winds Casino (about five miles north). You could also take a short trip north for shopping at Lincoln City's outlet stores, or sample the local fare at any of the restaurants along Highway 101.

Big. Open space. Three bedrooms..
Full kitchen.. Full bathroom..
Cute little deck.. Beautiful wood floors.. Wicked friendly staff..
PLUS THE PRICE! I couldn't even stay at a shabby little Motel 6 for this price!
I will certainly be bringing my family back!!
Thank You!!

We enjoyed the spacious three bedrooms and open area. The pictures on the website didn't show what views we had out our windows, just be prepared the main living area view is of the parking lot. There should be more chairs for a three bedroom unit, and the large window was dirty. Kitchen stocked adequately. Bathroom sink drained really slow. I would return to this unit again with more than two guests.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us! We have suggested folding chairs to the owner for more seating since there is not room for more chairs. The sink drain has been cleared. We hope to see you again!

It was nice having a full kitchen and separate bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms were good size but the third was itty bitty. The housekeeping did not do a very good job of cleaning before we got there. Garbage under and behind furnature. Cobwebs everywhere.
Manager response:
Thank you for your feedback. We have alerted our housekeeping staff to these oversights and we will make sure to pay special attention to these areas in the future. We hope to have another chance to impress you!

Very clean, and they provided a dog bowl and two bowls which was unexpected and very nice. The place slopes slightly to one side, odd but not terrible.

Our group of 5 stayed 3 nights, 4 days. It had pretty much everything we needed, it was clean, it was well put together, and had a great view. I booked another weekend there before we'd even left

Lots of room to spread out. Walking distance to the beach.

Many of the comments on the website regarding this property were, in my opinion, inflated and inaccurate. Pick carefully and check out the listed amenities with the company to verify their existence. The garbage are was extremely unpleasant as it was right next to our unit and the parking area where we parked.

This room held our family of six and dog comfortably. It was in August, which is a busy time, but was very affordable. If you are coming to hang on the coast and need a place to sleep and get to the ocean, this is perfect.

We stayed in Seal-Main, overall the place was clean and kept with a welcoming feel when we arrived. Beds were nicely made

This particular house didn't have a good beach view and the balcony was small, but other locations had excellent views.

Beach access is kind of rough since the property is on a hill and you have to walk down and up to get back and forth.

Internet is slow, don't depend on it for much more than checking email.
