The Best Stay had been in recent times. Liz is a Such a Lovely Person and Host and was completely guiding from the point of booking until end of the stay. Home is in a most beautiful spot. Super Clean in every nook and corner. Total Fun! Thank you!

This is a beautiful place with a fantastic view of the area. It isn't necessarily a great place for little kids, with the wooden stairs, low windows and high deck (and the threat of golf balls flying into the yard), but as an adult getaway it was a really nice place. I will mention that the loft is a lot more open than I expected, and sound from the main area carries very well into it, so anyone staying up there should be prepared to be the second people awake (immediately after the first person wanders into the kitchen). Also, there is no laundry room, so you would need to prepare accordingly. All-in-all, though, it's a stellar place.

Great getaway place for a large group or family gathering. Lots of things to do in area and owners are very accommodating. Nice location on a golf course, yet secluded and quiet.
Adam . Nov 2019
Great place to stay. Beautiful, quiet location. Very clean property. The owners are great to work with and work very hard to accommodate your needs.
Philip . Sep 2019
Great location. Beautiful setting. Kitchen a little awkward to actually cook in. A better/larger outdoor BBQ grill would be nice. Overall, great rental for 3 couples. We will return.

Beautiful property. This inn does not really sleep 13. The loft has a Harry Potter closet with 2 cots and a hide a bed. The summer sun BLASTS into the loft starting at 4:45am....no window coverings at all...and there's the $200 fine threat for moving furniture. The kitchen is small and difficult to work in....seriously- a plastic Dollar Store whisk is hard to scramble eggs with...get a wire one and some wooden utensils. If you dared use a utensil during cooking, best wash it right away so there are enough for all of you to eat with....there were no tablespoons (soup, cereal). This place is dangerous for elders or those with mobility issues. Area rugs are the #1 cause of falls in elders and we had to constantly smooth the rugs to avoid tripping. The furniture slides across the floor, so pushing yourself out of a chair is difficult for elders as the chair is sliding around. The porch lights on the lower deck were broken and the Adirondack chairs made out of 1'x stock so weak- in fact one was broken when we got there. We actually had a great gathering there and those of us not awakened by the blasting sun, golf tournament, excavators, or lawn mowers were quite comfortable. The owner was very responsive when the power went out

Nothing but awesome, overwhelming beautiful place that had my guest amazed of the place and the beautiful scenery could not have ask for anything better then this place truly amazing. Simple check in. Outstanding for a large get together. We had some live music going on which went a little late, neighbor was not happy but that was totally on us, so our sincere apology to the neighbors, thanks again for sharing your lovely lodge with us.

Our stay at the Inn at Diamond Woods couldn't have been better. Linda was an absolute delight to work with, and went out of her way to meet our needs and wants. House was clean and comfortable, as well as beautifully furnished. Great location, great house, great price. I will be recommending this inn to everyone I know. Thanks for making our son's wedding weekend so fantastic!

The venue overall is in very good shape and looks amazing. The staff does a great job to take care of the place to keep it looking its best. They are also very helpful about getting things available to help set up for any occasion. I had my baby shower there as well as my wedding and each time the staff were very accommodating about getting me keys so I can set everything up early. As an added bonus the sound system throughout the building made it very fun for me and my guests to listen to music no matter where we were. Highly recommend this place for any type of wedding baby shower or any other get together.
Stephen . Jul 2017

Michelle . Jun 2017
We recently rented the Inn for family for a University of Oregon graduation. It was just far enough away to escape the bustle of Eugene during the graduation madness but close enough to attend our events. The Inn is so spacious, perfect for a large group to have their own private rooms but also to have a large area to gather, cook and enjoy the wildlife and views from the Inn's beautiful patio. We also enjoyed exploring the local area, abundant with wineries, fruit markets and local cuisine. Highly recommend!
Tamara . Feb 2017
Wonderful accommodations. Love the Inn and the view is spectacular.

Stayed here with my parents, siblings, and our significant others while in town for a wedding. The house is very beautiful and the layout is great too - perfect for everyone because each room had its own bathroom and the rooms were very nice. I couldn't help but think how perfect it would be to host a small wedding there... Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathrooms was not great. Initially, they smelled fantastic and clean but when I went to shower, I realized that the shower curtains had mildew and had definitely not been cleaned. This is an easy $20 fix to just replace. There was even hair on the shower wall so maybe the cleaner just misted some bleach in there and called it a day. The sink had soap scum buildup around the top of the sink bowl. What was more disappointing is that this was the case in every bathroom. Also, as a recommend: you should have the guests responsible for loading dishes into the dishwasher and starting it upon departure. Otherwise, as it currently stands where everything needs to be washed and put away prior to departure, guests have to start it 90 minutes before they need to leave and, in a house that size, you will for sure have people using dishes and then having to hand wash them... or not hand wash them because they don't care and they get put away dirty for the next group. We found a few dishes that seemed to have not actually been washed. With some management of the cleaning staff, this house could be fantastic all around. It is in a great location, with a great view, and the decor was really nice. Was also fun to see the wild turkeys in the lawn!

We had been looking for a place close to Oregon State University for our large family to stay at for graduation weekend. We were less than 1/2 hr from the university. Very convenient. Store close by if you need anything last minute. It was a beautiful home/lodge with a great scenery and great accommodations. Wish we had the time to golf because it is great that you get a discounted rate. Lots of patio space to be outside. Quite surroundings. Large enough inside for larger crowds to gather - nice and open so everyone can be together. Very clean and tidy, inside and out. All amenities provided which was super convenient. Only suggestion is if you plan to do a lot of cooking yourself for larger crowd, bring a few extra bowls (mixing or serving) and larger serving type dishes. Other than that, kitchen is fully equipped. Every time I contacted to ask question or inquire about anything, we received a very quick response and every request was attempted to be met or was met/exceeded. In my opinion, The Inn at Diamonds Woods is great for any occasion for any amount of people (as few as only a 2-3 couples or as many as the 15 total - easy). Highly recommend.

My husband and I searched for months trying to find the right location to accommodate family traveling from all over the U.S. to attend a family wedding. We found everything we needed at the Inn at Diamond Woods. It was easy to find, welcoming, clean, had everything we could possibly need, and absolutely fit our needs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful with animals (turkeys, dear, other birds) making appearances every now and then. The kitchen and dining area easily accommodated the ebb and flow of our family's needs and having extended tables and chairs on the deck made it even better when 'older youth' wanted to have their own space. We called staff only one time to ask for a blanket and they were instantly responsive. Wine tasting was near by, a store a few miles down the road, and the wedding was held close by. This was a true retreat for our family and we will absolutely explore a return visit. Thank you -- the diamond in the Woods lives up to it's name!

Truly a find in the beautiful country of Oregon. Comfortable, well appointed facility. Liz was attentive to any of our needs during our stay. So convenient for our daughter's graduation from the Unviersity of Oregon. Wonderful wine tasting in the area. We would highly recommend this place and would love to visit again.
Mark & Linda . Aug 2014
The house is lovely with a great view of the golf course, our collective complaint is the very tiny outdoor electric grill, we were hoping for something nicer like a gas grill for our steaks...bedrooms had small beds except the master...dining room area was perfect for 8 of us.
Jennifer . May 2014
Great house! Beautiful view! Perfect location! Thanks for your great house and wonderful customer service!
Angela . Feb 2014
This was a great facility for our business retreat. Everyone had a great time and raved about the food. I would recommend this for any occassion!

What a wonderful location for our mother's 90th birthday party! Beautiful home, excellent food and lunch service and exquisite views! We had our fingers crossed for a day without snow or rain and we were blessed with a gorgeous sunny day. It was all absolutely perfect. No doubt about it - we will return! Our thanks to everyone involved in making the day such a success.

We were visiting Oregon Coast and Crater Lake and stayed in the awesome diamond woods for 3 nights. We had a great stay there. It was very comfortable, pleasant with great views of the golf course and the mountains. Our family and friends loved it. Even though crater lake was a good 3 hours from this place, we opted to stay there so we can come back and relax in a good place. the place was huge, good enough to fit 15 of us. We took a stroll in the gold course without affecting the golfers. There is more than enough parking, very isolated but at the same time very safe as its in the vicinity of the golf course. The manager was very accommodating and worked with us around our schedules. The manager also provided us with extra blankets when we needed them. Overall this is a great place to relax with family, kids and friends.
Dorothy . Jun 2013
The staff and the facility was great! We went for our sons graduation from the University of Oregon, and was worried about the distance from Eugene. It was no problem at all.
Donna . Nov 2012
EXCELLENT!. I would book again anytime I am in the area. Beautiful decor, lovely vista and very helpful people to work with.

A plush experience for four golfers or more; acurately advertised, fully equiped, beautifully done, and exceptionally managed.
