It was nice! Everything was as described and the beds were comfortable. A couple things to note....small living area (we are a family of six) and although it is walking distance to the main strip, there are no sidewalks part of the walk and it’s about a mile. We still did it but just something to note in case you have mobility issues or young kids. The hot tub was nice but on the small side-only for two adults I’d say. The cabin is located right on the street, which is fine but our preference is to be a little farther back from the main roads. It is in a row of three similar cabins very close to each other so not a private situation-which is great to some but not for others. All in all it was nice!

It was very cozy, well decorated, and within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Everything you would need in a luxury cabin. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I had such a great time. Check in was a breeze. We loved all the amenities! The hot tub and hammocks were so relaxing. The bed was really comfortable as well! We will be back!

It’s a new build and things are off to a bad start. The hot water didn’t work so we couldn’t take showers or wash dishes. It was Christmas so no one to repair it. It got repaired the last night we were there. Then the shower wouldn’t drain (not at all).
The heat doesn’t regulate. It so hot upstairs and cold downstairs.
The cabin is well equipped with all you need to cook a meal. There is a k cup coffee machine, tea pitcher, pans, bowls...
There are towels and a washer/dryer. It is small but worked for 6 people fine. It was close to the strip which was nice. We paid about $1250 a night and were never offered a refund for our ongoing trouble!
Manager response:
Hi, Laurie. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there was a snowstorm in the area and the maintenance technician could not get to the property when the issue was first reported. It appears that the owner allowed you to use their brand new rental home next door for showers and hot water until we could get the maintenance technician to the property. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future!

Great place. Beautiful property. Clean and comfortable. A fairly easy walk—about a mile—to the main attractions. Quiet at night. Somewhat secluded. Owner checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed (we did). Very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. My only warning (and it is not the fault of the property) it is hard to get a ride share in this area. We panicked a little the day we had to leave because we could not get a ride to the airport. Called a taxi service and made it ok. Just a heads up to plan accordingly.
