This new home (built in 2020) features contemporary styling and high-end amenities throughout to ensure you have a truly memorable vacation. The family chef will love preparing home-cooked meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy family meals together at the breakfast bar or host a dinner party at the dining table with seating for six. Later, settle into the cozy front sitting room or the main living area, both of which include comfortable furniture and flatscreen TVs. Spend a morning fishing from the canal then head back up to the furnished lanai to throw a little char on today's catch with the gas grill. You can kick back in one of the four chaise lounge chairs to enjoy the lanai's southern exposure and tropical views or gather up to six friends around the adorable Tiki bar to experiment with new and exciting cocktails. The heated outdoor pool is illuminated by LED lights to make your evening swims even more heavenly. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. There was a cute welcome basket awaiting us upon arrival with snacks, water hand sanitizer it was very thoughtful. The house was that perfectly for a family. We enjoyed morning coffee out watching the river and our afternoons by the pool. In the evenings we enjoy time in the game room along with some time outside at the pool! The place was central to several areas such as Fort Myers Beach and Sanabel beach. We had a great time at the beach and shopping at the cute little shops. Thank you for a great place to stay we felt very much so at home! Comfortable beds, bedding and TVs in each room!
