Recent Cape Coral guest reviews

If you're looking for a place to stay in the Cape Coral area that is close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and activities this is your place. We stayed for 30 days and were sad when it came time to leave. We honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this home or the Vacasa team who manages the home; it was everything we had hoped for and more. The interior appears to have been updated recently and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and all had ceiling fans to help circulate the air. The drain in the master bathroom was clocked one day, but we called management and someone was there within hours and fixed it. We paid to have the pool heated and we were in it every day. We weren't able to park in the garage, which would have been nice, but it was by no means a big deal. I think they may have just put new flooring in the garage and that may be why we couldn't use it. If you're looking to stay a week or a month like we did, you won't regret renting this home. We'll definitely be looking to rent this home again.

4 bedrooms were very comfortable. Pool area and back of house really nice! We spent most of time there. Had everything in this house you could possibly need. If you rent this home, check to see if the hot tub has been repaired.

The views of the sunrise lighting up the canal was beautiful. The house was very well equipped and very clean. We had not used Vacassa before so we were a little nervous. They knocked it put off the park. We added pool heat after we got there because the water was still a little too cold and the pool guy showed up in 30 minutes. We also added a late checkout. Everything was handled through a simple text and always responsive. The house has a private 3 season patio next to the pool for a little more peace and quiet when the pool gets a little noisy. The home is nicely renovated and even came with the garage door opener for inside parking. My wife is permanently disabled and the home is very wheelchair friendly. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed😎
