This is a lovely and spacious town home in a wonderful part of Vail. East Vail is a quiet area with a real sense of community. Friendly folks and beautiful scenery with challenging hikes just down the street. The town home is lovely and surpassed our expectation. It is updated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room and is well equipped. We had many great meals there after shopping the Vail Farmers Market and a nearby Edwards farm market. This is a well-maintained and well managed home. Gore Creek Properties was very responsive when we advised them that one of toilets was running -- they arrived and the repair was made the same day with no interruption to our plans for the day. We will definitely be back and hope to stay in this same unit. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Spacious condo in East Vail. One exit up the highway from downtown Vail, the unit was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for my family. The unit is on three levels, with kitchen and living room on ground floor, a big master bedroom on floor 2, then up to level three where there are two bedrooms. One of them is a queen bed, while the other bedroom has two bunkbeds = 4 beds total. There is also a loft where another young person or two could sleep. Lots of room! The kitchen was nice as well. A very comfortable unit for up to say four adults + four children. Thank you. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Generally a good clean and attractively furnished unit. Minor complaints are that the queen bed and some of the bunk beds had plastic backed mattress covers. The radiators make a lot of noise at night. There is no music system. Gore Creek property indicated that access to the Vail Raquet Club facilities was $15 for a day pass when actually it is $25 for a day pass.
